So I got a clipping of this lovely plant and it wasn’t a clean cut (ripped off plant) and after a few days looked slimy at the bottom of node… so I chopped off the damaged bottom of node and started fresh (added some plant food to water this time) will she make it?? Why are the leaves doing this? 🥲🥲

Hey everyone! I’m new to propagating, and I bought a Monstera albo node. I got it for like $10 because the person who had it before me said she had it for 6 months and it did absolutely nothing. Right now I have it in sphagnum moss in a Tupperware container with the lid cracked in my greenhouse. Any tips otherwise?

Any advice for transitioning water propagations to soil?
I had a lantana water prop with roots about 2 inches long, but it died right away when I moved it into soil. I have a couple other water props going and I don’t want those ones to die! 🤞🏼

Just got 3 Chinese fan palm tree seeds- any tips? Also, my bromeliad it poking some seeds out of the flower, or at least they look like seeds. How should I go about dealing with that? Any opinions and tips are appreciated! ☺️

A couple months ago a ear fell off of my bunny ear cactus after I accidentally knocked it over, I decided to propagate the ear and now it’s starting to grow into its own cactus! I’m planning to start a family of bunny ear cactus in the future.

So this pretty lady gave me 12 corms when I changed her soil. I put them in perlite and keep them out in the balcony like this. I sprayed them with a little water. Any tips or adjustments?

I have this plant that I’m pretty sure is a Echeveria ‘Perle Von Nürnberg‘ and these two leaves that broke off and I want to propagate them. I have done this in the past with soil but I was wondering if it was better to do this in water? Or is soil better?

Hello! I have what I believe to be a tree stonecrop. I’m not sure if it’s one I should propagate, trim or just let it do it’s thing. I put stakes in it a year ago and it keep growing and idk what to do with it!

I recently cut off some of my Chinese Evergreen to propagate it in water!
Am I doing this correctly? I cut it last Friday and put it in water.
Please let me know!
Thank you :)

Preparing for propagating tomorrow. I hope I can get most of them to grow roots. I’ve never propagated a Hoya before so this will be interesting.

Beginner-ish propagator here!! I had a limb of my baby orange tree come off today? Would this be able to grow roots?

My mom had a bean plant that was dying, so I went to go save it a saw these little guys growing! Im not sure if the big plant will make it or not but it’s looking good so far. Fingers crossed 🤞

Any recommendations for getting Hoya rooted cuttings to grow after transferring into soil? Some I tried in water and others in a sphagnum moss chamber. They feel sturdy in their pots but have not shown any sign of change in a few months. Watering once a week in fast draining soil with orchid bark. Thanks!
