RIP the zz plants at Lowe’s 🫡 They looked SEVERELY overwatered and rotting.. And the spray painted cacti.. oof. I found a couple fallen pieces of a raven zz though 👀

i’m new to the plant world and not sure on what i should be looking for on my plants. my sensitive plant has had these white spots on its leaves since i brought it home about a week ag. they don’t have mealy bugs or anything but i’m just wondering if it’s something else. should i just clean the leaves? or is it a mildew or something like that? thank you!

Hi guys 👋 This is my Rhipsalis Cassitha (I believe). The 3 dangling at the front have grown from 10cm cuttings over about 3 months. Then I got the 2 shorter bits at the back a week or so ago. They all arrived in a mystery cuttings box from a wonderful seller on Etsy. Anyway, I’m wondering how to help it fill out? It’s grown like crazy in length but looked somewhat pitiful as 3 little strands. Will it grow new ‘strands’ from the roots or should I chop the longer sections? If so, how is it best to do that? Thanks in advance 🌿🤗🌿

Hey babies! Does anybody have any tips on pothos propagation? I’ve been propping in water for 4 weeks now and I have no signs of root growth. Update: thank yall for all of your advice! I have tried a few different prop options & now we shall wait 🥲 Update again! We have roots! Baby on the left was propped in water and baby on the right was propped in bag with paper towel and some water stuck to my window!

nervous about pruning my string of pearls. she’s my pride and joy, but she’s getting too long and only wants to get longer. i’d love to propagate some of her clippings. anyone got advice for propagating these?

pray for me… i just propagated my Pink Princess 😅 first time doing it but needed to because it’s becoming WAYYY to tall and i don’t have support stakes tall enough to help it😫

Anyone farmiliar with this plant? I know it’s a tradescantia and I thought it was the bunny bellies but I’m not sure. Scanning also comes up with turtle vine. Help is much appreciated!

Hi all, I've been growing this avocado from seed since 2nd March and its grown a lot, it's like my child. It's about 25cm tall and I was unsure whether i should prune it? Any advice is appreciated thanks! If so, how much should i prune and can the cutting be propagated? (I did the wet paper towel method and planted directly in soil when roots developed)

I put my peperomia in a new pot and it got root rot. Managed to cut off the ends. Is there any chance that if I let them callous over and put them in soil that they’ll root?

UPDATE from January 30 - 82 days of African Mask Corm experiment Findings: sphagnum - fail perlite- 1 inch baby leaf , 1 leaf unfurling leca- 2 inch baby leaf , 1 leaf unfurling pon- fail no sign of life fluval stratum- no sign of life classic water- 2 1/3 inch baby leaf! How & when should I move to soil ?🤔

I have ashawaganda cutting that are doing great in just water for about 4 weeks, but I still do not have any roots. Any suggestions?

Hey planters, I have two snake plant pups that are growing very close to their mama (particularly the one on the left). Do I let them grow? I'm afraid they'll bump into her and have trouble growing. I'd like to propagate them at some point

Every time I try to propagate my little succulent babies they just end up shriveling up and never grow new babies! I want more babies but I guess I’m doing this wrong. Anyone have any tips? Anything will help!
