This is my first golden pothos bought from a target (so, not great off to begin with). And ever since first bought, the leaf stems have been brown and sometimes limp at their base, with some of the leaves also having brown spots. I've had the plant for a few days now, and was keeping it in direct sunlight. Should I move the plant to a less-lit spot?
HELLLLLPPPPPPP!!! I had bought this dragon tree last summer because I needed something for a darker area of my room. It was thriving (see first pic) I think I might have over watered it, or it had a shock to a darker corner. I then moved and again I think it was taking a while to then adjust to a brighter room (after 6 months in the original place? It then got hit by thrips (RIP😭) and it got put in our balcony (19 floors up) and left for 1.5 months,but I’m determined to bring it back - the roots look like they may have a chance?! With some newer ones ?! Please help me rescue it🥺 Any tips of the process I need to follow, where to start and what to do?!
Hi all! Question about my new philodendron White Knight (and babies!) I just bought this plant 2 days ago, & it’s got at LEAST 3 babies around it! Unfortunately, the place I got it from uses soil that is much too moist for it, and it’s incredibly soggy. I had already noticed some of the leaves browning from overwatering when I bought it, nothing too bad. The car ride home was brutal & stressed it out a bit too. Poor thing went from chillin’ on a shelf, to a 2 hour ride with no AC shaking the whole time since my tires are out of balance lol, and now is in a new place. I usually wait 2 weeks before repotting so the plant can adjust to its new environment, but the last time I did that with one of these plants, it had already died of root rot at that point. I’m not sure if I should separate them and repot them now, or if I should try to drain the soil, or what I should do. Also, I don’t have the best history with philodendrons, but I am determined!!! I’m using a mix of about 20% orchid bark, 20% perlite, 20% coco coir chips, and 40% potting soil. Is this too much?? It’s tricky because the last time I did this was with my pink princess: exact same situation, only 2 of the babies/sisters survived (it had 5!), but the ones I have repotted successfully, now I can’t tell when to water them because the leaves are already damaged and floppy. I don’t know when to add climbing poles- this one has stage 3 leaves already, just really need some advice!!
What’s happening to my Zz plant?? This is the third stock that has died and fallen off in the last couple weeks. And the one of the right looks like is turning that way too.
Just got back from a 5 day trip and my lemon got infested with spider mites!!! I just cleaned them all off (I hope) is there any hope to save her???? She’s my favorite plant 😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭
I knocked over my small Jade propagation (3 small stems that are pretty woody now but skinny). It has been rooted for awhile. Small leaves fell off...one stem is named. I am hoping that the plant isn't too traumatized and it just sees it as an opportunity to grow 2 new stems. Le sigh.

With the changing season my apartment has less light in the living room. I get bright indirect light through my living room window at the height of spring and summer. Now that summer is tapering off some of my plants aren't getting as much light. My question is should I just get grow lights or should I relocate my plants closer to window for more light?
If a plant has been chopped back three times, pest treated, potted with insecticidal granules, kept under a humidity dome, and given a self-watering pot, but STILL has spider mites - it is trash. 🚮 That is all.
Thoughts about why we like rehabbing plants so much? I don't know if this has been asked before; I tried searching various term combinations but nothing came up.
I am trying to save this Mondtera deliciosa my sister gave me, does anyone have tips other than moving it? My apartment doesn’t get any direct sun so it’s unfortunately stuck in less than ideal conditions.

I was thinking about getting a rescue plant sometime soon, and I don't know what type to get... I was thinking something like a heartbeat philo?? Or maybe a calathia or a prayer plant?? Give me ideasss-
My dragon tree has browning leaves but I think overall it’s still healthy. The main stem has discoloration though, and I was thinking is this a sign of root rot? I got this plant around two months ago. The previous owner planted a pruned branch into the same pot but it was not rooted yet when he did it. He said he had been watering it much more than normal because of that. When I checked the pruned branch, it had a rotted root so I cut it and propagated it on water first. Now, I just potted it into a different pot.
What can I do to rescue this cordyline fruticosa? It’s in mostly shade and I try to mist it often to keep it humid. Should I put it in the sun? Am I overwatering? I’m afraid of it drying out.
Is this plant dead?? It used to have large leaves but they fell off. I was hoping they would grow back but it has been awhile and cannot tell what it needs!
Second photo is today. Shes been repotted. How can i get her to stand?! Changing windows (shes in a south one) is unfortunately not an option 😭
Help 😢 our fiddle leaf plant is losing leaves and turning brown on some spots. Are we under watering? Too much time on the grow light? Any insight is greatly appreciated!
Help! I’m trying to save this transcandetia. I got it for free from a nursery. It was in a much bigger pot and extremely root bound and mostly dead. I got rid of all the crunchy dead stuff, thinned it out, and repotted it. It’s been a few days but it doesn’t seem to be doing well. Any suggestions on what else I can do.
Should I be worried about this curl on my ficus lyrata?
