Received this lovely ceramic toad from my great aunt. He’s recently been tucked between two plants outside to keep guard of my spring bulbs. Thought I’d share in case anyone’s looking for fun things to place in their garden to ward off any critters. Lately he’s been scaring off the big dogs that try to get to my dog during her walks, allowing her to sunbathe in peace on our front steps. I’m thinking of calling him Henry, or Harold.

hi!! this is my first time gardening in buckets! i was curious if anyone knows when the best time to pick your green bell peppers & your mammoth jalapeños is? i don’t want to pick them too early, but i also don’t want to pick them too late. 🌱

I bought & transplanted these cherry tomato plant 3 days ago and i am a beginner in gardening! Do these look healthy or are there any issues you can see? Also i tested the soil and its says it really low in nitrogen so i sprinkled some milorganite fertilizer on the top of the soil. Please let me know if you have any tips or any recommendations for getting more nitrogen into the soil! Thanks!
