I brought home this little guy the other day that was sold as a painted lady but I have my doubts. What do you all think?
when will my philodendron silver sword bloom and does anyone hve one and what does the blooms smell like
How long does it normally take for a philodendron leaf to harden off? I’ve had this plant for a week and haven’t seen much change on it. It does have a new leaf trying to pop out of the stem of this leaf too. Just want to make sure I’m doing what I need to ensure a healthy princess. My humidity ranges from 50-60% in the plant room.
I didn’t really need two of these but I needed them. You know?
Does anyone know this leaf has some folds on it? It’s a philodendron birkin. The humidity level is normally 50-65%.
I’m new to philodendrons. Should i repot or prune my summer glory? She’s got 3-4 new leaves coming but I’m worried she’s crowded. Pot size is 6”
does anyone a hve a mature philodendron silver sword that is flowering and are they slow at blooming the flowers
So happy to find this handsome guy today!
Sweet new leaf 🌿💚
Hi guys! I just got this Brazil yesterday, but I’m not too sure it’s just a normal Brazil. Can anyone help me identify it? It looks too light in color to be a normal Brazil but it also doesn’t look like a cream splash. What throws me is the green isn’t dark green like most are and it doesn’t really have the signature lime green/yellow striping. The darker part of the leaves is showing up darker in the pictures than it is in person. Any ideas?
I’m so stoked about this new growth on my Rojo. I had to share with someone who might think this is as exciting as it is to me!
Hi All. Recently bought my first philodendrons. I’m wondering if/when I should repot this lovely. Root to soil ratio seems pretty good, but she’s so top heavy and I would like to get her climbing on something soon - have yet to decide what. Currently in a 4” pot. Would sizing up to this 5” x 5” be a good idea? Or should I leave things be for now? Or go up to a 6” pot? Any and all suggestions and observations welcome!
Hey guys update from earlier I took some better photos for identification Can anyone help me Thank you :)
Help with ID please - I decided to rescue this little guy. Look how dusty he is - definitely needs some love I thought it was philodendron Imperial Red?
What kind of philodendron is this?
so, I just bought this blushing philodendron from a trusted plant store, not a big box store more of a local in my area and when i got it it had a little flower bud! i was so excited and i checked on it today to see how it was doing and i noticed the stem around the bud was mushy and white and it came off when i touched it and i unraveled the flower to see this. i keep my room at 67• F and i have a humidifier and plenty of sunlight! did i do anything wrong?? did it just break in the car and rot maybe? i need some answers because i feel horrid.
Plant is a rescue. Newest leaf has this new almost opaque spot on the back. What is that from?
my first philodendron 🥹 any tips or tricks to ensure happiness? 💚✨
Planta appreciation post! After getting set up on here last week, I moved my Summer Glory away from the window as recommended by the app. She’s already thriving and I’m walking in my plant room every time I pass just to swoon 🥰
