Getting bigger! And very stunning color not sure if this is because of the daylight hours being more balanced now, or because I gave him a closer spot in front of the window on account of the safer light conditions with fall and cloudy mornings.

I got my first philodendron for my birthday and sheâs a pink princess!! Iâm so excited about her, and I wanna make sure Iâm taking the best care of her. Sheâs about to pop a new leaf, and I really hope she keeps giving me good variegated leaves, so I wanna make sure she gets the best light. Right now I have her like 3ft from a massive east facing window that gets a good amount of light throughout the day, but obviously the most in the morning. The spider plant behind her has been there for ages and he seems to really love that spot and gets the right amount of light. Should I put her under a grow light for her just in case, and if so what level of light should I set the light to? What can I do to help her fill out some with more leaves? At what point should I maybe try to get her a post for her to try to climb? Thanks in advance!! Iâve really only cared for a spider plant that Iâve had since the 5th grade so any advice would be appreciated!

I recently realized that my potting mix is most likely not good for my philodendrons as they seem to be getting waterlogged. I have some orchid bark, and coco choir from potting my monstera and was wondering if this mix would be good for it with 1 part each of potting soil, perlite, orchid bark, and coco choir, maybe two pt potting soil? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I feel like my plants arenât getting enough water/humidity but at the same time theyâre definitely getting enough water⊠I only water once every week/every other depending on the soil but I have a plant at 7 on my humidity meter which is way too high so repotting is what Iâve decided on now.

Strawberry shake (left) and White Knight (right). How do I get them to be more bushy? Adding weak fertilizer with each watering. Shake started to bleach out so I moved her a little further from the light. Knight is just doing its thing.

I have two tiny spiritus sancti seedlings cropping up at the base of my main plant, and I'm not loving the crowding or general facing of them. Based on inspection without pulling it up, it almost looks like it's coming directly from the main plant root ball. Is there a good low-risk way or timing to separate these without damaging them or the main?
