Hi! A friend gave me her Norfolk Pine tree as she no longer had room for it. I don’t know what soil she used, but these “things” are growing in it. I’m thinking maybe it’s a some type of mushroom, but, then again, I have no idea. I don’t know if I need to do anything with or to the soil or not. Can anyone help me with this? I appreciate it!

What is this fella!! He came off a bigger , bushier looking plant that looks identical to this guy but way more of them! Planta is telling me it’s an aloe and I KNOW it’s not. The bigger plant he came from is tightly layered like a zebra succulent.
We decided to save this little guy but he has no identification - any help in identifying this cutie would be appreciated ☺️
I bought this beauty yesterday but can’t find what the name of it is. Along with the bigger spines it has lots of small hairs (very irritating…must get some gloves!). I think it’s a type of prickly pear? Thanks in advance :-)
I was just wondering what this plant is. It’s my moms plant but it hasn’t been doing too well lately and I wanted to figure out how to take care of it and what it is before I took off the dead leaves. It does have several new leaves so I must be doing something right.
