Hello all! So I just got my first Hoya and I'm super exited. I was wondering if it is better to let them hang out of the pot or clip them to a pole to grow upwards? Or is it just personal preference? Thank you 😊

I've had this Hoya for a few months now and have gotten no new growth. I'm new to hoyas, are the slow growers or am I doing something wrong? It gets watered when soil is mostly dry, fertilized regularly, and under grow lights.

Hi y’all! Does anyone know what type of Hoya this dude might be? I bought it from Palmstreet as a no ID Hoya. I tried the Planta app, and it said a rubber tree 😂 I also tried Google Lens, but that wasn’t much help, either. I appreciate any thoughts!

Help please. Can anyone tell me why this leaf is doing this? It's been doing great for 2 years and all of a sudden this happened. I have it with my other hoyas and they are all doing good so I'm just not sure what's going on. I haven't seen any pest and I'm following plants water and mist schedule and there is a humidifier with it. Thanks for any help.

My new parasitica is poorly. When she arrived one of two leaves died within the week! They were not cold shocked but they both had black spots on the back of the leaf. I repotted into all new soil but I fear the progress is going to be slow going. My solo leaf has made it a month but it may be FOREVER before any new growth shows.

My Hoya Glabra is growing well. The third leaf is about 5” long and still thickening. It’s not dramatic. 💕💕

Got this beautiful Black Margin today in a plastic pot with drainage holes. I went ahead and watered it, but I am new to Hoyas and what kind of care this plant may need. My house doesn’t get too much light (in addition to being in the middle of a midwest winter), so I’ve put it in my kitchen plant window. Will this give it enough light? How often should I be watering? Fertilizing? Thank you!!!
