    make sure it’s getting the right lighting and water. whenever it’s watering day i’ll take a skewer/chopstick and stick it into the soil to make sure the soil is dry

    Make sure it’s in a pot with drainage. Sitting in water too long will lead to root rot. They like to dry out between watering.
