will my cucumber plants perk back up? 😪😪 not quite sure what i did wrong tbh

    It’s hard to tell from this pic, but they look a little young to be outside Was it windy when they went outside? That could cause them to fall over like that. In my (very limited) experience they tend not to perk back up once they’ve fallen over and are laying down for some Time. The stems are very fragile at this stage and any little thing could cause them to fall over. Try to adjust the soil to get them to stand up, maybe firm it down around the base of the plant but be really gentle with them.

      the last pic of them inside is when i brought them in after three hours in the sun i’ll check them today and see if they changed.. but thank you so much!

      You’re welcome! I hope your seedlings survive and thrive! From what I’ve heard seedlings need 2-3 sets of true leaves to start hardening off outside. You can use a gentle fan on them inside when they’re in the in-between stage to develop strong stems.

    Mine looked like that after heavy rain, but they perked back up after a couple days of direct sun and regular watering. Maybe place them somewhere where they won’t get too much rain? Hope this helps. You can also try sprinkling some organic worm castings over the soil and watering that has seemed to really bring some of my plants back to life.
