That is so weird... I could be wrong but I don't think it's root rot cause the symptoms are not coming from the bottom up. Peace lilies are normally pretty hardy! Did it get put in direct sunlight/bright light for a while? Peace lilies like a little shade and can get sunburned, in which case it just needs a little time!

It’s a watering issue if no pests or fungus. I would scrap it and start over with a new one. The amount of effort needed to revive this is not worth it. I have over 140 plants. None are peace lilies, ficus, dracaena or cacti. My plant care style kills them slowly. My plant confidence drops with these plants. So, I stopped buying them many years ago. 😄

I realize my limitations on plants many years ago. Slowly dying plants give anxiety.

I’m reducing the number of plants. Many of the small 4” plants are buy-1-get-1-free purchases that will be combined in larger pots in spring. Plus, the spider babies will be big enough to give away by spring. I should be able to reduce the numbers to 100. This winter watering is killing me! 😅 I water them with a garden hose on the patio in warmer months! So much easier.
