First time plant mom here! I was recently gifted a cucumber plant, and it definitely has grown a lot since I received it on May 27! Here’s a picture of it today. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations for me? Anything is appreciated :)

It looks great, but it will definitely need a bigger pot. Cucumber plants get HUGE
2 Mi piace Oh gosh! I had no idea what I was getting into with this gift, lol. I’m going tomorrow to pick up a bigger pot and a tomato cage to help stabilize the plant for when it sprouts!

It’ll get really leggy. Cucumbers will grab onto all sorts of things and a cage would be super helpful.
2 Mi piace I just replanted into a much larger pot and added a tomato cage so I hope that does the trick!

It will. I have one in a put and I’m going to let it grab on to my balcony. In 2020 I started seeds in a plastic bin and it took over my entire balcony.
