The dark cold January “Ice Storm Fern” has took a toll on my Aloes! Poor girls is looking rough. But there isn’t much I know I can do while in the house, I know they crave sunlight and there just isn’t any in this house. They are still putting out new stalks but they look like they’re shriveling. I’m watering them about every 20 days. The baby gets watered every 2 weeks. Today I took a stick and loosed the soil and watered them. Any help? Fertilizer tips maybe? Also if your a creative and you know some cool Aloe themed names…. I’m taking suggestions! 😆

Hi 👋 I just joined a few days ago , I have a few questions on Succulents. I'm pretty good on taking care of regular house plants , but I will take advice also cause we're always learning , so I still have these little guys that are growing 😁 & not sure when to put them in another pot & also what to use for them ,

What is your most fun and unique succulent you own?

I got into the hobby of making broken pot gardens a few years back. I absolutely love the way the sedum grew in this one and wowza, how orange it is. Any thoughts as to what kind of sedum this is?

Hi :) I noticed white growth on the leaves of my Crassula Ovata Gollum.. I read online that it could be mineral deposit; I’m almost sure it’s not mealy bugs. I don’t see anything moving… Any input please? Thanks in advance!!

I got the ones in the first picture last week, they weren’t very healthy, they really didn’t have much for roots so I did the best I could to get them on the way to good health, any suggestions for what to do to get them healthy? The other two pictures are more I got today from a different company so other than being stressed I think they look amazing!! I’m so excited cuz I’ve got some really cute planters for them!!

Hi all! Plant noob looking for some info / tips 🌱 I got this succulent back in May of 2025. She’s my only surviving plant (I’ll admit I’m pretty forgetful/neglectful). But I noticed recently that she started sprouting this long stem that appears to be flowering. I’ve never had a succulent do this but I assume it’s a good thing!? I always keep her in this windowsill and water her at random when I realize that it’s been a while since I last did it. Should I be doing anything special with this new growth? What is it?? Any information or tips would be helpful!! 🌟

Hey everyone, I really need help with my String of Hearts succulent. I've had it for two months, and I honestly don’t know what’s wrong. I’ve been following all the care instructions from the app, but it’s just getting worse. The first picture shows how healthy it was when I first got it. Suddenly, two weeks ago, different issues started. The app said it was overwatered, even though I hadn’t watered it for two months as recommended. Then, I took the same picture and it said it was underwatered. If anyone has advice, I would be so grateful. I’m also worried about the roots or the stems, which seem to be coming up or reporting problems. I’m feeling stressed trying to figure this out. Please, any suggestions would help.

Should I remove this large leaf so that she closes up at night? It takes her a long time and she hasn’t closed all the way.

so proud of this one. 7 months between photos! & it has a bunch of babies growing under the leaves on the stem 🥰
