Hi :) I noticed white growth on the leaves of my Crassula Ovata Gollum.. I read online that it could be mineral deposit; I’m almost sure it’s not mealy bugs. I don’t see anything moving… Any input please? Thanks in advance!!

    That's powdery mildew. Fungicides with sulfur, triforine, or neem oil will work to treat it. As much as possible, trim off mildew sections entirely (if the whole plant is affected, then prioritize rescuing the least affected parts and any new growth.) Quarantine it away from your other plants, and try to improve air flow around it
