I found what looks like a mushroom growing/hiding in my Zygo cactus. Is this normal? Should I be worried? And is there anything I should be doing to prevent this from happening if itâs a problem?

Is this ânormalâ for a cactus?
My mama Easter Lily cactus puts out many babies all year long. As I have tried to remove some of the babies and start new pots they are becoming sun stressed. If these are full sun loving cacti, you would think they could handle the Arizona sun. I have since moved the young transplants to my covered porch and they seem to be fine. Mama has survived sun stress for years and keeps popping out babies and blooming each year. Any idea why a cactus would sun stress so easy? I rarely fertilize and water every three weeks or so during summer - that is unless the monsoon rains beat me to it.
Okay last one, i promise. Made with the remaining cacti i had not yet replanted and beach/trail treasures I've collected from the Great Lakes shoreline.
Can anyone tell me what type of aloe plant this is? I think heâs going to bloom! Wondered if itâs the type that blooms then dies.
Is it time to repot this little guy?
I inherited this cactus from my mom - who was gonna just let cold weather kill it! I stuck it in my west facing window and it loves its home! This is the fourth flowering in 3 years and thereâs 3 more flower stalks coming. Love this little guy!
Hi everyone! I just got this beautiful succulent from a friend for my birthday but Iâve never been able to keep a succulent alive. Any recommendations for a happy and healthy plant?
Just finished repotting my succulent plants. They were in the same soil I gave them when I first started caring for plants. I placed my jade plant and a plant I canât remember what its name is (if anyone knows please tell me). I was also able to get two propagation cups from one plant, misted and covered for humidity. I also want to prune my jade plant but Iâm not sure what the right place to do that is. Any tips?
Is this pot too big for my aloe Vera? Itâs been in there for about a year or longer now and the roots appear to be healthy. I have a terracotta pot about half the size of it but Iâm not sure if itâll support its weight. Iâm also concerned about the darkness at its base being rot but it has healthy roots isnât making sense to me.
Just got Wesley planted!!!
Does anyone know the best way to harvest this little baby? Should I wait longer? How do I propagate it?? Thanks in advance!! :)
Hi , I think I need to repot my orchid. Never done this before and not sure how to do this. It is in the container from original purchase.
Hi everyone! I got this Echeveria as a gift maybe 3 years ago (it was one of the tiny ones in a cute pots from some sort of supermarket). It keeps growing and stretching and to be honest until now, I kinda did not think anything of it. But they are too heavy now and keep feeding off the bottom leaves. I would like to repot it, but how do i go about? Can I only reuse the top part after i cut it apart? Or are there other ways to reuse the stalk? I know the leaves can grow into a new plant - it happened naturally when a few of them fell into the soil. Thanks for any advice!
Newly potted, Granite, has slightly squishy outer leavesâŚthe middle pair are very firm. Does this sound like heâs thirsty? Or still wait for more squishiness?
Has anyone grown cactus from seed? How difficult is it and does it take forever?
New babies. (One in the comments)
Echeveria Cheetah .. loves me some spotted echeverias
Can someone help me identify this cactus? Thanks!!
