Hey! New to the plant world and just got a new HoyaâŠvery root bound in its two inch pot and itâs only got one leaf that is very healthy so far and Iâve let it adapt to my house before repotting. Any advice on what I should repot it in? Donât wanna hurt the poor babyđ

I am very new to plants and it doesnât seem that I have a green thumb đ can anyone help me? I donât think I over water my plants, I maybe underwater them honestly. Are all my succulents dead đ©
When repotting my jade âgollumâ the roots were completely stuck to the bottom of the old pot that Iâd say 70% of the roots were ripped off đ© I transferred the poor thing to the new pot anyway and now just hope for the best! Anything I could do at all to help with the recovery? Thanks!!
Iâm a beginner in the plant world, but I got this succulent about a week ago and itâs got this dusty look to its leaves as well as some brown spots on them as shown in photos. Iâve seen a couple gnat-like bugs on/around the plant and Iâm just not sure if itâs got some sort of pest or not. Thoughts? And advice what I should do if that is the case? Iâm not too keen on the idea of using insecticidesâŠ
Bunzi is drooping, a few sources say that drooping slightly means lack of water, but I just watered Bunzi yesterday! Please help :(
I just got this little guy from my local plant shop but they didnât know what it was. Does anyone have any ideas?
Iâve just bought this Aleo Vera and I am not sure whether I should repot it or not? It looks like it is quite big compared to the pot.
I got this succulent a few weeks ago and repotted it, and now Iâm concerned, it had leaves falling off and they became brown and gummy like, and I believe it is etiolating. It is not right next to the window but it is a few feet away and Iâm wondering if I should get a grow light to provide more light or LEDs or something.
What kind of cactus is this? I was thinking Easter Lily but Iâm not sure.
What kind of potting soil should i get for succulents???
Iâve had this plant for about 7 months and every picture Iâve seen shows a way smaller plant. I care a lot about this plant can someone please tell me if sheâs healthy. I feel like I should propagate the babies but Iâm not sure and I donât want to kill her!
I went out for a burger with friends. Loweâs is three blocks away from the restaurant. The Euphorbia anoplia wouldnât stop sending out distress calls, and here I am. ps I love this little IKEA cart. The bottom shelf is reserved for seeds if I feel like growing my own.
Not a great pic, does anyone know what it is????
Since I have kept my first succulent alive for 3 years, I have treated myself to three new babies. They just came in the mail today. Iâve been instructed by the seller to let them breath for ~3 days and then plant in damp soil. Iâve got their pots all ready and watered the soil; I plan to pot them on Saturday or Sunday.
I was at Loweâs to get some tape and stumbled upon treasure - that I almost missed due to it being on the bottom shelf. These were $20 each, which isnât too bad, but enough to calm an irresponsible idea. The Ming Things were very tempting. Okay, everything was tempting.
Happy holidays everyone! This little guy has popped up next to my snake plant đ„° What do I do with it? Do I let it be for a bit? Any advice appreciated as havenât done this before!
Is my Echeveria etolating?
I was initially scared to behead my (very etiolated) Echeveria âPerle von Nurnberg,â but just look at that gorgeous new growth! đ
I grew a monstrose/semi monstrose Trichocereus bridgesii from seed. It's cultivar is yalla bone x tbm clone a from Pacific Cactus. I'm hoping it grows columnar/long form. I'm incredibly excited to be growing this and thankful to my cactus mentor who gifted the seedlings to me
I got this cactus a few weeks ago and it came with this brown spot, Iâm wondering if anyone could tell me what it is and how to treat it?
