Hi Iâm new here :) this is Peen, was gifted to me by a friend couple years back with a unnatural flower glued to the top. I repotted him, carefully took that silly flower off and heâs grown 2â since I got him. Just wanted to show some progress. he was starting to cork but after watering, and getting a new spot in the window, couple weeks later, Peen is lookin really happy.

New to the group and wanted to share! I went to Home Depot about a month, maybe a month and a half ago, and they had string of pearls plants for sale. I collected whatever broken off pieces I could find (I never go to a store with a plant section without coming home with succulent leaves to propagate) and now I have a string of pearls plant that seems to be happy and growing well! Anyone else bring home random plant pieces to propagate when they visit the plant shelter section of stores, or is it just me?

This is from a few months ago. My indoor spot gets so so much more sun in the Winter/Spring/Fall, which the round ones love. Also note the state of all those Lithops. They all look fine today lol.

Hi loves!
Just got this first succulent and am having a hard time identifying it. It says itâs a moonstone but I have another one just like it that looks more like the picture of a moonstone (second picture) and they are definitely different plants

This is the one I am most worried about killing. Misting cactus - which it needs, especially in my arid region - makes me nervous. Uebelmannia pectinifera

I just bought three types of seeds: cactuses, lythops, and succulents. I really donât have much experience with growing anything from seed, and on top of that Iâm just a beginner when it comes to these types of plants. Does anyone have any pointers for me about the type of potting mix to use, light, water, etc.? The instructions on the packets are just to âplant them and wait two weeks.â đ€ Iâd really appreciate some help! Thanks ahead of time! đ

Someone I know took a trip to Laguna Beach and decided to share some spots with me. Ignore my reactions, which are either fake or troubling lol

Hi yall!! Does anyone know how to get Aloe Vera plants to grow faster? I have two and they are beautiful but we use the leaves quite often for kitchen burns and skincare- it would be nice if I could get them to grow more energetically so we could have more to harvest, without hurting our plants!! More fertilizer, perhaps? They are under a grow light in my room and I follow Plantas watering schedule with no problems. Would they grow faster if I put them outside? We are zone 8b and it is well past the last frost, but we are also in the humid Southeast. Thoughts?

I have this plant I got from Loweâs a while ago, but I have no idea what it is. I thought it might be a zebra plant, as the leaves are shaped the same way. But it doesnât have distinct markings, just subtle grey ones. The leaves are cylinder-ish and spiky on the ends. Let me know what you think it is, thanks!
(Donât mind the cut parts my cat bit it)

My aloe appears to be dying I had it in full sun and it went from a bright green to a dusty green so I placed it in partial shade

Can anyone help me with this? No name on the pot but Iâve gotten string of pearls(which I know itâs not) and jade as possibles. It may be a variety of jade but no clue.

I got two of these teensy cactuses (cacti?đ€) terrariums yesterday. Theyâre about 1.5 inches tall at the top of the dome. They came with no information other than that they donât need any care for three months, but Iâm skeptical. Iâm also clueless about cactuses because Iâve never had any before. Thereâs a little bit of grit at the bottom and some air holes, and I think you can unscrew the dome. Iâd love to get some advice from folks who know about these prickly little guys! Thanks ahead of time! đ
