Hello,
My Echeveria plant is not in a good shape. It is a bit damp at the bottom but top layers are dry. It gets plenty of light and the temps are in the 90’s-100’s. Our climate is dry with humidity lower than 20%
There is a ceiling fan close by and the A/c vent is high up. It is located in the kitchen which stays about 78-80 degrees right now.
Can anyone tell me what do to save it?

The middle is such a gorgeous succulent called Graptoveria 'Amethorum'.

Did a little update on my Cactus today, I am so proud of her!! I believe I have had her about a year now and she went from one little stub to 6✨😄 I can’t wait to see how it will progress

Hi all
Firstly is this a string of bananas? Planta informs me it is… secondly it’s vines are quite sticky, presumed this is just how the plant is? I picked it up at my usual garden centre a couple days ago and it looks really healthy, however have just read something about possible mealy bugs? I can’t see anything on it but being a fairly new plant mumma I’ve never had pests before? TIA for any advice

My Echeveria Etna used to be absolutely stunning when I first got it, but now after losing and growing new leaves throughout the year, it’s gotten very plain looking. How do I get it to have those big bumps again? And what should I do to stress it for those vibrant purple colors? Here’s a before and after from 6 months ago to now.

How? How does one do so well with tropicals but manage to kill or nearly kill a succulent? So far, I’ve seen crown rot on a part of my snake plant, root rot in my Zz raven and totally mamed a cactus??? lol I didn’t think I overwatered at all but umm I have been known to play planter pot roulette. Eeek

New to succulents… what would cause this plant to push itself out of the soil? I just got it and reported it and the bottom leaves keep going down and pushing the plant up.

Hi all! This little aloe plant is named Albert and I are going to grow and learn together as I become a hopeful part time gardener, I’m always open to advice on taking care of Albert, and we hope you enjoy traveling this road with us!

I’ve got an agave with several babies sprouting off of it. How do I know when it’s time to separate and repot them? Is there any harm in leaving them be? Also, why does the mama look kind of droopy?

Help! Planta says the last time I watered him was two weeks ago, but he looks like I overwatered him somehow since he’s decaying and squishy. Maybe I watered him again without remembering?? Is there anyway I can bring him back or is he doomed?? This is a split rock btw

Does anyone happen to know what any of these are? I’ve had them all for years, but they were all unlabelled when I purchased/acquired them. Some were a gift.
Would really appreciate any care advice too. Recently repotted them all due to growth and root binding. I know one of them has a lot of hairy roots on the stem but not sure what to do about it or if it should be a concern.

I got this large bowl for my succulents because I want to make a succulent/cactus bowl but I’m unsure which ones would go together well. I’m thinking of maybe getting more succulents/cactus to fill it up. Any suggestions of what to put together? I currently have an echeveria, molded wax, Millot kalanche and some type of small cactus. Thanks!

I learned my lesson about “cute” pots. I noticed some gnats hovering around my snake and my Zz raven so I did an investigation. Both had rotting parts under the soil. Zz had an oozy rhizome :( both in smallish terracotta pots now) I guess being a new plant parent is a learning experience. I know my weaknesses now. No cute pots that are too big and not well draining because I’m a newb lol
I do think I need a run to the store though. I only had a 6” pot for my snake but 8 seems like too much soil.

If this monster aloe gets any bigger or has any more babies I’m going to have to kick my partner out. We’re running out of space in here.
