So I rescued this allo from a lady about a plant stand from in the summer who had it in a box and a dark garage đ€Šââïž my question is should I chop the neck off and just plant the top half directly in soil? I think it just mutated trying to survive in there? But it's so top heavy the plant can't stand up and I think the neck is probably sucking him over the energy from the rest of the plants any thoughts as to what kind of all it is just a regular one? Thank you so much đ€·ââïžđ«¶đȘŽđ
Her name is Björk. I love her very much.
I was gifted this beautiful arrangement but it didnât come with any care instructions. The pot has no drainage and is currently under a grow light with my monstera. Havenât worked with whatever medium itâs potted in before and itâs currently slightly damp. Any recommendations are appreciated!!
I was away for a week or so (and didnât notice anything prior but maybe it was already there?) but look whatâs happening!! Iâm excited but I donât understand? Iâve had this succulent for like three years and itâs never done anything like this! Whatâs going on? đ€©
Have to share with you all my beautiful Aloe she has gotten so big, sheâs leaning a it now because her leaves are so heavy.
just got this little guy from a group handing out free succulents and iâm concerned about care. i donât have premium so i donât know exactly what it is but i think it might be a ripple jade? am i right to think that or is there another option i should consider? also are there any big upkeep things i should be worried about? or just a watering every so often and sunlight? thank you đ
So confused⊠I had a Burroâs Tail and wanted to get another to add to it. Well itâs a completely different color. Itâs been months now with them together, same lighting, and theyâre still different colors. Are they the same plant? Thanks!
Can anyone tell me what plant this is? My grandpa gave it to my mother and she wants help to take care of it but I donât know what kind it is. Thank you! (I donât even know if itâs a succulent)
I want to show that youâre not alone with your âWhy is my cactus leaning?â concerns (see Reddit posts). There is a difference between âI need more light, and Iâm going to contort to find itâ and, âIâm genetically prone to lying down, here I go.â Some Mammillaria (and Echinopsis etc.) do this, and I defied my plant for many months until giving it a brace. I mean it isnât reaching for the window as much as it is creating real estate for wool and blooms and whatever the heck is next.
My Euphorbia is starting to rot from the bottom, I suppose it could be overwatering, but I donât know what to do to save it!
Iâve had this cactus for a couple years now and it is doing fine but just doesnât seem to be growing much at all ? Are these generally very slow growth plants?
This is my first chance to prop a succulent, and it looks like itâs not turning out very wellâŠđŹ! What am I doing wrong? I spritz it every other day, because the soil measures dry. What else should I know about propping these little guys? TIA!

What is this cactus
I just got this Haworthiopsis limifolia, and I am new to plants, just wondering if the brown bit on the plant is a sign of a problem.
Hi! I got this arrangement about a month ago. I cannot for the life of me identify the fuzzy red friend in the center. Any ideas? Maybe a cereus of some kind? Itâs not sharp and is firm/not squishy. Thanks in advance!
Hello! I just bought my first few cacti/succulents today and this is the only one I am having trouble identifying....I believe it to be an echeveria of some type but was hoping to get a more specific answer. Thank you all!
