So I rescued this allo from a lady about a plant stand from in the summer who had it in a box and a dark garage đŸ€Šâ€â™€ïž my question is should I chop the neck off and just plant the top half directly in soil? I think it just mutated trying to survive in there? But it's so top heavy the plant can't stand up and I think the neck is probably sucking him over the energy from the rest of the plants any thoughts as to what kind of all it is just a regular one? Thank you so much đŸ€·â€â™€ïžđŸ«¶đŸȘŽđŸ™

I was gifted this beautiful arrangement but it didn’t come with any care instructions. The pot has no drainage and is currently under a grow light with my monstera. Haven’t worked with whatever medium it’s potted in before and it’s currently slightly damp. Any recommendations are appreciated!!

I was away for a week or so (and didn’t notice anything prior but maybe it was already there?) but look what’s happening!! I’m excited but I don’t understand? I’ve had this succulent for like three years and it’s never done anything like this! What’s going on? đŸ€©

just got this little guy from a group handing out free succulents and i’m concerned about care. i don’t have premium so i don’t know exactly what it is but i think it might be a ripple jade? am i right to think that or is there another option i should consider? also are there any big upkeep things i should be worried about? or just a watering every so often and sunlight? thank you 🙏

So confused
I had a Burro’s Tail and wanted to get another to add to it. Well it’s a completely different color. It’s been months now with them together, same lighting, and they’re still different colors. Are they the same plant? Thanks!

Can anyone tell me what plant this is? My grandpa gave it to my mother and she wants help to take care of it but I don’t know what kind it is. Thank you! (I don’t even know if it’s a succulent)

I want to show that you’re not alone with your “Why is my cactus leaning?” concerns (see Reddit posts). There is a difference between “I need more light, and I’m going to contort to find it” and, “I’m genetically prone to lying down, here I go.” Some Mammillaria (and Echinopsis etc.) do this, and I defied my plant for many months until giving it a brace. I mean it isn’t reaching for the window as much as it is creating real estate for wool and blooms and whatever the heck is next.

My Euphorbia is starting to rot from the bottom, I suppose it could be overwatering, but I don’t know what to do to save it!

I’ve had this cactus for a couple years now and it is doing fine but just doesn’t seem to be growing much at all ? Are these generally very slow growth plants?

This is my first chance to prop a succulent, and it looks like it’s not turning out very well
😬! What am I doing wrong? I spritz it every other day, because the soil measures dry. What else should I know about propping these little guys? TIA!

I just got this Haworthiopsis limifolia, and I am new to plants, just wondering if the brown bit on the plant is a sign of a problem.

Hi! I got this arrangement about a month ago. I cannot for the life of me identify the fuzzy red friend in the center. Any ideas? Maybe a cereus of some kind? It’s not sharp and is firm/not squishy. Thanks in advance!

Hello! I just bought my first few cacti/succulents today and this is the only one I am having trouble identifying....I believe it to be an echeveria of some type but was hoping to get a more specific answer. Thank you all!
