My 10 year old randomly brought this home, asking with another succulent. lol. Is there any hope??? And what is it? she did say there were little tiny leaves on the top that fell off during their drive home… It also has a tiny speckled succulent-type growing at its base…
I didn't know what it was before... but now I know my jade plant is covered it in mealy bugs. I'm seeing the solution is rubbing alcohol and not neem oil like I've been using before I knew what it was. Also has been fairly quarantined since I noticed month(s) ago. What's your favorite process to eliminate them?
Just thought I’d share the absolutely amazing progress of my baby snake plants. The biggest is now 12cm! Only noticed them a few months ago and I’m hoping to pot them up soon.
Is anybody able to identify this plant? I think it's an aloe of some variety.. she had a few babies I just removed from her, no wonder she was so crowded! Photo is before I removed the baby plants 🪴
My jade is blooming 🥲
Hey everyone , my aloe plant is turning brown at the tips . Does anyone know possibly why ?
I took my plant home from the office to change the soil and add the skewer to stabilize the leaf. It’s been there for a week b/c I kept forgetting to take it. But last night I saw that it seems to be growing some weird mold? I’ve got some baby leaves under the soil since I’m propagating from the big leaf. Is it gonna be okay if I do nothing? What should I do?
Hello! Does my succulent need help? I’ve had this one for a little over 4 months and it’s started to lean more and more. It hasn’t fall over or broken yet, but I’m scared it will soon. At first I thought it may have been reaching for light, but I have it right next to the window. It gets bright indirect light all day, and I open the blinds every morning. Does anyone have any tips to keep it from breaking or falling over? Also, does anyone know why it could be leaning like this?
A while back i propagated some perle von Nuremberg petals, and three all rooted together. Should I split these up, or let them just grow out together? I dont want any of the 3 plants to die off.
was given this as a gift. does anyone know its exact name coz it’s just labelled as succulent :) sorry the pics not great 🌱🩵
I periodically get a new species of Lithops, and then spend a while thinking "oh, I got this" as I pour over the 37-species identification chart. Fruitless, yo. The colors (always wrong) and dots, fissure, isles, channels, and outer/inner margins are all kinds of fluid. I have a few odd ones, but the normie, common flowering one here is 9 years old. It survived bugs, looks like total crap, but that flower proves it is a true dumpster phoenix.
Love my fish bone cactus! Lately it has been sending up shoots. I think it might be preparing to blossom/flower. Can anyone confirm?
Trying to find out exactly what species this one is. I keep getting several different types coming up. Anyone shed some light would be much appreciated. Cheers Paul
anybody help me ID this guy?
Anybody idea what's going on here? Plant is very dry, but seems slightly mushy?
Hi! I have this dragon fruit that has just gone WILD. any advice on the aerial roots?
Can anyone identify what Echevaria this is?
Trying to ID these. Not sure if all my searching was right. 1st one is supposed to be a Austrocylindropuntia. 2nd one is supposed to be a Cylindropuntia. Anyone know?
Does this look like an Opuntia humifosa (sp) to you? I bought 3 cacti today and I'm having trouble identifying them.
