I put my 🐊 fern in a terracotta pot… now it’s growing mold??? was this a bad decision? Any other recommendations for pot? - ok ferns like humidity and i’ve been putting in the bathroom when I shower… maybe i just wasn’t giving it time to dry… i put it outside for the time being

I’m not an Alocasia frydek expert and could use advice on switching from Fluval Stratum to another substrate. It was in chunky soil but kept losing leaves and never grew. I moved it to Stratum in a mini greenhouse, and it was down to just a stump and roots before bouncing back. I know Stratum isn’t ideal long term, so I’m planning to move to Lechuza Pon but worry about transfer shock undoing its progress. Has anyone made this switch successfully? Any tips to make it easier on the plant? Thank you!

Hey if any of you have to repot to a snake plant did you know that below the roots you can use regular soil and rocks.it creates air pockets and above it you can use just regular soil and if you have drainage it will grow perfectly healthy roots I am doing it for my snake plant so I know.

Hey guys, this my black velvet alocasia plant, I recently moved him. He was on the shelf very close to a skylight, he was starting to get sunburnt so I’m moved him away from it. He’s about 70 inches from it now but over the past week this is how he looks😭 What is wrong and what is the solution please help !!

Self watering pot question! So I got these pots mounded on the wall- they’re 4” self water pots. I only filled them up half cup water..what do I do when it comes time to fertilize? I use liquid fertilizer.. it’s a wick system. Also they are in their original nursery pots for now just inserted in the pot.. Thank u!! 🙏

My go to fertilizer for any plant! Liquid gold made by my baby girl. I separate the bad balls from the good balls and let it sit in water for a few days and then it’s ready for for slow release I just put a few balls on the soil and water.

I just adopted this green bean peperomia from my mom because it was really unhappy where it was at our cottage -on a windowsill getting a lot of light and water once a week- but it looks very strange and it keeps dropping leaves. I repotted it and watered it and put it in a less sunny area since I believed it was getting too much sun. What is wrong with her? How do I make her happy? She looks like a Dr Seuss drawing. Like she’s running away from her pot.

Can anyone tell me how to get my Kalanchoe to flower? She’s growing lots but all of the cute little pink flowers she had when I first got her have been gone for a while. I’ve had her in bright light, low light, frequent watering, very little watering, and she’s been fine through it all but I cannot get those flowers to return. Any tips?

Hi! Help Please! I am struggling with this aloe in my office. We were doing well as I was watering once every 2-3 weeks and then recently I think I may have over watered and it's gone downhill from there. It is also to my understanding that this could be from sun stress? I just rewatered for the first time in about 2 weeks. Any advice would be kindly appreciated. Thank you!
