While it’s not Carnivorus, the ant plant is a mutually beneficial species with ants! It provides housing and nectar, and the ants provide protection from pests and fertilizer! Super excited to grow this!

My son's Venus flytrap is trying to flower, but I believe that weakens this plant correct? He's already really struggling after we accidentally left him in the sun too long and it had a bad sunburn.

Is it normal for some traps to die after I feed my Venus? I just got her a few days ago and some of the other traps turned black and the rest of the plant seems wilty? I have her in sphagnum moss and perlite, I just fed her yesterday and she’s in a south facing window but I’m kinda scared it’s not enough light considering there’s a fence pretty close to my window and I have light refracting privacy film on it. So is it not enough light or the fact that I fed her?

Added another nepenthes to the collection. The one on the left we got today and the other one is from a couple weeks ago. I don’t have any clue what kind of nepenthes either of these are but that won’t stop me from keeping them happy!

My pinguicula growing mini pinguiculas right on the leaf?!?! I had no idea this could happen I’m nerding out right now.
