Best site to get plastic pots and go

nepenthomancer

nepenthes ramispina x robcantleyi. each pic was taken three days apart, starting our red with a striped peristome when it popped, and now a very dark almost black pitcher 🖤 I hope everyone’s perennial carnivores are coming out of dormancy happy and healthy!

So excited for the new heads that are forming 🥺. My plant looks rough but is coming out of dormancy and I took away all the dead leaves and heads. I will be repotting it once this cold front comes through in the next few days.

Hey, I recently received this VFT from my sister and I’m wondering if it’s possible to keep him alive because It’s turning blackish? Any tips & tricks would help so much!! Thank you. Picture: (Sorry they are not the clearest)

So I’ve been away for a while and my friend looked after my VFT, on return it’s started to grow two flower stems - what does everyone do cut them off or leave them? Also my leaves have always been droopy but the plant seems to be thriving - is this normal?

I know I said that I would not be buying more plants this year, but the price was so good and I was weak… Nepenthes Gaya has been a wishlist plant for too long!

Can you feed a pitcher plant meat, I’ve seen pitcher plants consume birds and mice in the wild?

Sarah

Is this safe or should I just take off the the top cover

My Venus fly trap is doing better but suddenly has flower stalk. Planta recommends cutting things like basil flowers, read can leave tropicals. Since trap looks OK can I leave it?

One of my baby nepenthes has a strange set of leaves and I have no idea why. Have y’all ever seen this before? The first one in the 3 is the same plant from a few weeks ago and it shows when the split started
