How do you get a consistent supply of bugs for carnivores? Could you use dried mealworms as a main diet?

It’s usually warm where I live, so they fly on in the house. But yeah, Carnivero even sells mealworms for this online, but Petsmart has them as well. Or put it outside for a week or so if you can!
