I am a newbie as of this year so im no expert, however i have had success with: a grow light on 12-14 hours per day, id say about 6in above the plant. I feed it a freeze dried mealworm once every 4-6 weeks, a cm or so of water in the watering tray below the plant (replaced weekly). Regular watering and misting per plantas advice, all with distilled water. Trim the dead ends once they are completely crisped off. I bought carnivorous plant mix soil from amazon for it. And lastly i have a humidifier going 24/7 about a foot away (not distilled water) 😊 i hope that can be helpful and wish you good luck with your plant! 💚
