So I’ve been away for a while and my friend looked after my VFT, on return it’s started to grow two flower stems - what does everyone do cut them off or leave them? Also my leaves have always been droopy but the plant seems to be thriving - is this normal?
I would suggest cutting the stem because it can encourage more trap growth, you can still keep the flower if you like it but it may stunt the growth of the rest of the plant. For the droopy leaves all I can think of is maybe it doesn’t have enough humidity?

Some Venus fly traps are just a little droopy naturally. Just give it time and if you want cut the stalk cause it will stunt growth. The droopy is fine let it be and if it gets worse then worry.
