You may repot depending on what soil it’s in. I can’t tell because it looks like they’ve top dressed it with decorative moss. Remove the black tendril/pitchers. The pitchers that are half spent should be cut so just the healthy tissue remains and all the pitchers should be filled with just a little bit of distilled water they’ll be mostly decorative at this point since they can’t remake the digestive fluids they lose in transit and therefore can not be fed by these pitchers. Do not attempt to give any bugs to these pitchers they’ll likely just speed up their death. You should focus on making sure they’re in the right medium (59% long fiber spagnum moss and 50% pearlite is the easiest and most common) no top soil and absolutely no fertilizer. Only use distilled/RO to water, and make sure it’s getting at least 12 hrs minimum bright light a day

should i cut the entire pitcher or just the black parts? the medium seems like a mixture of sphagmum and really moisture retaining soil topped with some weird moss (it looks like it was 3, plants put in one pot), is it best to let her recover first before i repot or just bite the bullet since i ordered some carnivorous plant soil from amazon and it should arrive today

This soil is the one that’s for bog carnivores like dionea, drosera, sarracenia. Not for nepenthes I’m sorry I’m all mixed up on where my comments are going

You have a pretty easy cultivar, you got this!

This is soil for bog carnivores it won’t be appropriate for nepenthes. Nepenthes are epiphytes, the easiest soil will be 50% long fiber spagnum moss and 50% pearlite.

Just cut the pitcher and tendril all the way to the leaf once the pitcher is dried up all the way to the bottom.

thank you for this info… i was worried that something was off with the soil.. it was completely not the right type it looked like it was coco peat and soil, i finally repotted it with sphagnum, perlite & some fine coco bark, and placed it in a terrarium to get 80% max humidity i’m gonna wait for the dry pitchers to fall out, i did cut the ones that were small.

That’s great the high humidity will really help with keeping the remaining pitchers on! Did you fill the ones left with distilled water about 1/3 of the way I forget if I mentioned that I was so concerned about the soil 😂

You should just leave it in long fiber spagnum if that’s what it’s in, and not repot it at all while removing the top moss.
