Hi I have a Venus fly trap and I was wondering if you have ever experienced one of the mouths getting a whole in the side of it and another one turning yellowish brown. I am new to owning Venus fly traps and need some help

How fly traps like to be watered is you put distilled water in a disk then put the plant in the disk if you're not doing that do that and see if that helps if you are doing that then idk sorry this is only my second fly trap
