Hi everyone, I need some advice/tips! I have my snake plant in a terracotta pot and lately itâs been growing mold on the pot. Last time this happened I freaked out and repotted the plant and tossed the pot. Is there anything I can do besides that? I cleaned it away with vinegar and water but Iâm not sure if this will keep it away. Sooo what do I do? Thank you!
Help! My wrinkled leaves peperomia seems to have mold? I left my plant in the bathroom over the weekend, misted before I left. Once I came back on Sunday. Noticed thereâs mold and some leaves have fallen/ plucked some of the slimy stems too. Any advice/tips are appreciated!
My ficus tinekeâs newest leaf (about 2-3 weeks old!) is lookin a bit strange, and i canât really figure out why! iâve tried increasing the humidity with a humidifer, i donât seem to see any pests, however i have recently moved its location to a brighter spot 2 days ago (it previously received about 800 lumens of light, it seemed like it needed more, increased to about 1,500, i worried the leaf was burning so iâve now moved it again into a shadier area). however, even if it was burnt, prior to moving it the leaf still seemed to be an extremely different colour to the rest of the leaves & wouldnât harden. I also changed the soil 2 days ago to be a lot more draining.
Hiya!! My Kalanchoe Iâve had for a year and a half now and the flowers have not returned. The plant is growing it is growing too much I have had to chop it down. How can I get it too bloom again? Thank you in advance

Iâm having a really hard time getting rid of gnats in the soil and I heard cinnamon works if you put a layer on top of the soil. Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

Hi all, I realize temperatures are dropping and Iâll need to bring in my plants soon so Iâm looking for some advice. Note that I have mostly succulents. I used to have my plants indoors on a large window sill but when we moved I finally had a patio to put them on â which was great, because my window sills are not big enough at this new house to set my plants on. But because of that, Iâm not sure where to put them once I bring them indoors. I have cats and I donât want them to eat them because many are toxic, so I canât have them just on a table near a window. Any ideas on how to set my plants up indoors with these constraints in mind??
Does anyone have a Silver Flecks peperomia? I canât find any info on care. Iâve been going by normal peperomia guidelines but doesnât seem to be the best option..any thoughts??
Hi, Iâve bought this jade tricolour and itâs sitting in very dense, soggy, poor draining soil. It also has some mold/fungus at the top of its soil. Would it be a bad idea to change the soil to well draining soil today or wait a few days

Bought this black velvet the other day for 50% off (like $6 USD) because it looked great and was just really droopy. (The plant store it was in actually has no windows so I figured it was just from lack of sun) Iâve had it sitting in the sunny window in the day time and in this chair at night under a grow light with it leaves propped up, hoping it will give it the support to get more upright. Any suggestions to help this guy get less droopy? Heâs already doing better since I brought it home. Itâs actually gone up a bit and had a new growth already. (Daytime picture is when I got it home the other day)
Iâm looking for my next recommendation! I really enjoy my Philodendron Florida Ghost, I love the shape and variation in color of the new leaves. Can someone give me a recommendation of another plant they think Iâd be a fan of based on this? :) thanks!
