Query - I have some plants that want re-potting but itâs already getting chilly here in Central Valley ca - Iâve heard itâs best to repot before growing season, but if theyâre getting root-bound, is it worth doing now?

new setup for my pickier plants now that the colder months are coming up! some of them will get elevated a bit more in a few weeks so theyâre closer to my grow lights (theyâre abt 3-4 feet below them rn) but iâm letting them get adjusted first. i also have a venus flytrap that isnât pictured here, but that guyâs gonna get bundled up in a mini greenhouse and stuck outside on my partnerâs balcony so he can go dormant for the winter đ

Morning! I got this snake plant 3 years ago as a house warming gift. I reported once after I got it. (Itâs the pot that has holes) however I think it holds water. Iâve noticed some leaves turn yellow. I just watered it a couple days ago. Should i repot in a smaller pot? I feel like this one may be too big.

Babar has to be transferred to a bigger pot. Itâs going to be a job because he root bound. I donât want to destroy any of his roots. He is pushing outbabies for real. I couldnât find a super large pot that was a reasonable price. I saw on Pinterest that people were using garbage cans. So now Iâm waiting for the delivery of my big, red (my favorite color) garbage can. Again Iâm scared to transfer him. HELP!

Hi all! New to the app and did my first round of misting yesterday (Iâve never really misted my plants before), only to notice all my plants are now covered in limescale (I believe) :( I live in London so should have thought about this prior, but any tips - do you use filtered or cooled boiled water? Going to be a bit of a job descaling them all! Thanks in advance!
