Help! My Ginseng Ficus has unknown ash/mold. I’ve had three Ginseng ficus on my patio for months. However, the one pictured below started shedding leaves few months ago and now is completely dry. It’s also developing a mold. How do I fix this? Please help. Should I also separate it from the other ficus plants? The others are healthy and doing well.

hello! my roomie got aglaonema starter plugs last month. this is an old picture from 2 weeks ago when we last watered it (haven't watered it since because the soil was still wet 2 inches down). today, we noticed fungus gnats crawling around in the soil and were very confused. our room RARELY gets bugs. is this a problem with the soil we purchased or did the plant attract these in? if so, how can we get rid of them? we have yellow sticky paper but it seems the gnats completely ignore it. we'd repot it but we are worried it's the soil mix we bought. help please!!!

Opinions please.. just received this variegated peace lily.. I really want to remove the soil an put in water..what would you do??

I am wondering how everyone chooses to organize their pots and other plant supplies. I am growing my plant collection and in that process I have collected several pots that are either too small or too big for my current plants and then all the tools and supplies for plant care and I am struggling with storage. I don’t have much just a few extra pots, the extra fertilizer, a small pair of scissors, and my watering can.

Hi! Got this plant from my sister, and I’ve had it for a couple months. I rarely water it (mostly because I forgot about it 🤫) but it’s thriving! Though I have trouble identifying it, I already tried google, nothing. If someone knows what I could be/is let me know! Thanks!

Happy Houseplant Appreciation Day! This is my 12 year old African violet that I received in an arrangement when my dad passed away. I didn’t know they could get so big. It was knocked out of the original arrangement by my cat years ago😡. I thought it was a goner. I stuck it in some soil and hoped for the best. She’s been thriving since! 😊🪴

Happy Houseplant Appreciation Day! I recently moved and I’ve just been able to move these plants due to the cold temperatures last weeks (down to -22C°/71.6F°). I miss my other ones so bad but I’ll soon be able to get them! Trying to describe what plants means to me will take way to long but in short terms: it’s my work, interest and what I plan all my trips based on 😅 I’ll also attach an 🤖-poem about houseplants: Potted buddies, windowsill stars, Houseplants, the botanical rockstars. No green divas, just joy they bring, Oxygen comedians, making the air sing! (I do however not agree with the no divas part, especially when it comes to some plants. YES I’m taking about you Goeppertia!) And for all of you that’s also struggling with low light: Brace your self! Spring is coming! 🪴
