I need some help from the plant experts! I have had this plant for a while now and it has grown quite a bit. It is now root bounds and I feel itâs time to re pot. But Iâve heard these plants need a post to climb up. Is that true? If so what kind of post do you recommend? And other tips appreciated! Thank you!! đ đȘŽ
has this worked for anyone? i got it cause it was cheap, ive never fertilized my plants so i dont really know much about it, any info on fertilization would be much appreciated !!
When should I repot this little guy? I got him at a yard sale and therefore donât know how long itâs been in here. Also what size planter would be appropriate next? Also any advice helps this is my first spider plant.
Am I doing something wrong here? Itâs like all the bottom leaves are yellowing and falling off. I canât tell if itâs over or under watering either. First pic is 23 days ago and 2nd and 3rd are from today. It looks like all the leaves have a little yellow now âčïžâčïž
Hi so yesterday I bought my first ever string of hearts now currently itâs on the windowsill but I want to eventually mount it on the wall but the thing is Iâm in a flat with windows only really on one side and thereâs no wall space in front of windows just next to them so I know it says part sun/part shade but would it be ok without any direct access to sunlight? Cute story to brighten someoneâs day. I have a little one thatâs a year and half. She is really interested in all of my plants but Iâve shown her how to be gentle with them and I keep ones that are dangerous to her out of reach. Every morning she likes to go around and touch each one with one little finger and gently rubs her hair in the leaves of plants that are hanging down; all the while saying, âgoo mornin! [good morning!]â đ€đ±

I have a really pretty imperial delight bougainvillea and she needs to be repotted to a much bigger pot. But I have absolutely no idea what kind of dirt to use. I used like gardening soil and sand with some perlite but I donât think she liked it. Any suggestions on dirt recommendations?

Hi! Iâm curious about how much water I should be giving my plants. For all my watering tasks, Planta says to water the plant until water drips out of the drainage holes. However, this happens almost right away, before all the soil is saturated with water. My understanding however is that with succulents, you want to fully soak the soil when you water it. Should I stick with Plantaâs guidance or should I fully saturate the soil?

so.. yesterday i was repotting all of my new plants. i got to my orchid and its roots were a mix of green, yellow, white, and black. i thought the yellow meant bad so i chopped those off including the white and black. i now realize the error of my actions and the roots have become a root and a nub. what do i do
