I asked about this a couple weeks ago, but people said it wasn’t an issue. My calathea has had a lot of leaves turn yellow and dry out. I don’t know what the problem is. I’ve been giving it distilled water and it has a watering globe. I’ve heard that dry leaves means it’s not getting enough water, but I’m worried I might be giving it too much water? Also the leaves keep getting kinks in their stems, almost like they’re broken but I can tell it’s just because the leaves are hanging down so low

Anyone know this particular scindapsis?

I have an indoor hasta Verde plant. Planta told me to ready it for winter, meaning to let it dry out, sun lamp, and no fertilizing while it’s dormant. But for tomorrow, planta says I should fertilize this plant. This is contradictory and I don’t know which is accurate. Can anyone help? Is this a planta glitch or am I not understanding the care instructions?

My Raindrop Peperomia is making « flowers » for the first time! What am I suppose to do with them? Am I suppose to cut them, so my plant will become thicker? Thank you :)

Hello i have a peperomia plant that I bought during the summer its still in the same pot inside a plastic pot inside a plastic lined pot i have not watered it since I've gotten it its still really wet but as you can see its starting to droop should I repot it

My Easter cactus has been dropping leaves for the last month or so. I have been following the schedule as per the planta app. However, I’ve noticed some browning at the base leaves. I’m hesitant to repot in the dormant season. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

what can i do for this little leaf growing in my water prop??

How does everyone water their larger plants? I used to carry all of my plants to tje sink or shower; Some of my plants are getting too large for me to be able to do that with. I can put saucers under them but how do you empty out the saucers?

This is my first winter with indoor plants and I’m not sure if there’s anything I should/could be doing to help them during these snowy months. Any recommendations? For context, I live in zone 6a in a snow belt, but most of my plants face a south facing bay window. Thanks!

Hi! I'm new to plants, only download this app because I got a rubber tree plant from a garden centre as it was reduced and I've spent the last 2 days doing research on it. Overkill? yes, though I've only ever had a sunflower before that died when I took it camping (Bad decision but I didn't want to miss it blooming). Hi, it’s me again. I’m trying to figure out the proper placement for the grow light for this Boston fern. Also I’ve read different articles about how often the light should be on & I’m still not sure cuz one said 6-8 hours and a few said 8-12 hours. So can someone please tell me if the light is placed properly or not and how much light it needs? It’ll be greatly appreciated.
