i should’ve gotten this. 😭 any tips for if i do?

Anyone have some tips on indoor ivy plants? I have 2 of them and shortly after I brought them home I noticed spider mites so treated that, but they still seem to be dropping lots of leaves. I have them directly in pots, should I maybe repot into nursery pots so they can drain better? I do see some new growth but they are definitely not thriving.

Does anyone know what kind of plant this is? I’m still so new and want to make sure I’m caring for it properly

Does anyone know what this is? It tells me it’s a purple sword Alocasia but I’m not 100% sure that’s correct… 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️

Should I start planting some seeds yet indoors. If I can get them started with my little grow box then they can survive until it warms up outside. I wanna try to plant Cucumbers, Tomatoes, and an Apple Tree

My baby Britt has popped a beautiful white leaf that has just a bit of purple and green on the tip of it. This was a total surprise! I don’t know if this is normal, or if she’ll keep that leaf, but I thought I’d let you all enjoy it with me… 🤩!

I think the watering intervals on planter are too far apart. Of course,, ordering depends not only on light, plant needs, and temperature, but also on how root found a plant is.

Hello, everyone! Meet my beautiful Episcia ‘Temptation,’ which I picked up in the summer of 2024 from a local seller here in Ontario, Canada. It hasn’t bloomed for me yet, but I’ve been keeping it under a grow light on a 12-hour timer and have recently noticed buds starting to form! Fingers crossed for blooms—I’ll be sure to share photos if it’s successful. All my Episcias are growing in sphagnum moss/LECA mix and they seem to absolutely love it! 🌼

Hi folks! Firstly, I received a new succulent today (which I would like help identifying!) that was propagated by someone else, and another person asked me to try to propagate their succulent. They gave me leaves that had fallen off and placed them in the dirt. Will this work? Secondly, my spider plant that I’ve had for a few months and has grown beautifully has brown tips. I moved it from the window, but it was never in direct sunlight because I’m in a basement. Any advice is much appreciated.

i’m a new plant mom, so i am not very knowledgeable about advanced plants.. anyway, i just got this fern from trader joe’s the other day, and i was wondering why the leaves on it are turning purple? i mist it 1-3 times a day, it sits near a heater but also next to a colder window, and it was (possibly) overwatered 3 days ago because i didn’t realize that TJ’s waters their plants, so i gave it a little tiny extra water that same day i got it. i loosened the dirt at the drainage holes and top of the pot as well for less chance of root rot. is there anything i should be doing differently, a little more, a little less, or is this normal? i am just not sure so if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it! :)

Anyone know how to make my goldfish go to the other side? In the summer I tried putting it in the window to grow that way bu it didn't work and now it's to cold to go in the window
