I know it’s not a plant, but are these from garden snails? My toddler has been having a great time collecting their little corpses…oops I mean, shells.
App related! How do I change this from Garden to indoor? I went through and the only other setting i could find, I changed it too but still showing garden. These were on the porch, but they’re now inside in the office. Should I have crested a new site and moved them all? That seems like a pain in the ass.
What would be a good plant to be in the same pot as an avocado tree? It would need low light and to dry out between watering.
Help! I don’t what is going on with this plant? We got it about a month ago at a plant trade. I repotted it because it needed it. But that’s was a month ago. No matter where it is and what I do it just looks like it is dying. What do I do? The picture in the profile is what it looked like when we got it.
New lil plant set up corner☺️
Halloween countdown: Hydrophobic Soil "Your plant’s roots trapped in a desert of dry, cursed soil! No matter how much water you pour, it vanishes like a ghost, never reaching the roots. Hydrophobic horror strikes, leaving your plant thirsting in despair while the water slips away, mocking you. Will you ever break the curse and save your thirsty plant?" Got the 🎃👻 - spirit yet? 😀
What are some plants that can survive in low light? I’m adding some to my bedroom and investing in grow lights.
Question! Does anyone know why some new leaves look beautiful while others are small and curling? On my burgundy rubber plant. Thanks!!
now that I know they’re both Maria’s they get to be pot mates ❤️ they might go back to hydro eventually but I need to get more big vases
😱😱😱😱 I know only you guys would understand my excitement I went to water Mini Pearl and saw that she had a flower!!😱 Then, when I was putting her back on her shelf, I noticed she had another flower !!😱 2 FLOWERS!! I have never had a string of pearls bloom let alone survive my care. So I am super super, super excited!! thanks for letting me share!!
Is there any saving these? Do I need to cut it somewhere?
We're gonna have a scary countdown until Halloween and first one out is... Beware the thrips, the tiny vampires of the plant world! They stealthily suck the life from your leaves, leaving behind a trail of silvery doom. Don’t let these little fiends turn your green friends into mere shadows! Hands up all who won the fight (to share som light) 🙋♀️🎃
I’m considering buying a hypoestes, any tips for me if I do decide to go that route? Thx!
Could anyone tell me what this plant is called I have a giant vine of outside and I'm not sure what it's even called
Four of my plants have thrips. Including both of my Deliciosas. I’ve isolated them but they were surrounded by several other plants, and my baby, Bella, my Jade Pothos, was nearby so I’m checking her diligently but I’m dreading finding one on her! 😫 I’ve heard neem doesn’t work on thrips. Does anyone have success getting rid of thrips completely? Do I need to chop every infested leaf or can they come back from it? Basically I’m going to blast them with water every day to get any newly hatched nasties off, and hopefully they won’t have a chance to lay any new eggs. Any other advice? Picture of my beautiful Bella for attraction.
The app is telling me to trim back 30% on my Coleus Oxford Street! It was the size of my hand when I got it early summer. I have brought it inside since it’s been getting cold at night (I’m in MO) and it is still growing like crazy!! As you can see, there are a few dull leaves, but most are bright and happy. What are the benefits of cutting it back? Can I prop them? How? Will it hurt it to let it keep getting bigger?
Will a Salt lamp harm my Colloncho on the same Bedside Table?
Does anyone know what kind of plant this is. The plant checker is trying to say it’s satin pathos but it isn’t.
Love to come look at my plants in the AM. The lighting 👌🏻👌🏻
