Here’s a perfect example of the tantrums calatheas like to throw. You got one who’s loving life. Throwing up new leaves all over the place. The other one hates the light and is probably a vampire. They are both treated exactly the same, they share a shelf together. The other one is probably just upset because the world can’t revolve around just her like she wants.

I got this aloe Vera plant , just a pup. Anyone have any tips for this process and after propagation care?

i ordered indoor potting mix and was sent seed starting mix instead. what can i mix in it to make the soil more compatible for my established indoor plants? i have orchid bark and perlite

My night blooming Jasmine is looking a little unhappy. I put her out on the balcony to get some morning sun and it doesn’t seem to be helping she is in a good pot with drainage, clean soil, has been watered and was looking real good for a few days. Now I don’t know what to do to make her happy. Any clue??

So how do you all handle cutting a plant down and propagating it and regrowing it from its leggy base? Should I delete the plant that I originally had in the app? And just start new with a new plant. The app doesn’t give anything for this. Recently my zebra plant started losing so many leaves (pot was to big I think) that I went ahead and propagated the top cuttings and left the leggy base to hopefully grow again. Do I consider this a dead plant in the app and add two more or how can I update with the app?

What’s up with my African violet leaves. Is it sunburnt? Is it something else and how can l care for it?

I’m a beginner, and i currently have like 3 plants (the tree is my moms) and I don’t have a humidifier, could i use a spray bottle temporarily to keep the leaves from drying out? If so dose keeping the leaves wet and some water falling on the soil counts at watering? I don’t want to accidentally “over water it” if that makes sense

Hi all💚 I have this aglaonema plant I got 2 months ago. It was bigger but I decided to make more plants & moved this to a different pot about a week ago. She looks very sad right now but isn’t dead so I have hope. What could I be doing incorrectly? How can the curling and drooping be improved?

Hi all! I really want this plant but all I have ever heard about it is that it just wants to off itself and it’s hard to keep alive. Has anyone had success with this plant? If so, what are your tips? My grandma just passed away so my MIL is buying me a plant in remembrance of her but I don’t want it to immediately die. Thanks!!

I’ve gotten a couple of pots as gifts but they don’t have drain holes. Other than drilling a hole, what’s the best way to use them? TIA!

I have my plants sitting on this “window sill”/ shelve thingy but it’s right above the radiator. Haven’t turned the heat on yet but that weather is coming. Any recommendations on what I can sit my plants on top of to keep from drying out?

This is a newer plant and I am worried because its leaves are curling and i have checked its water and the sunlight SOMEONE PLS HELP!!! (Btw its a nerve plant)

I am adding a few of my mother’s plants from her house as a separate “room”. I’ve been able to add 4 because I know what they are. Can you please help with the identify the 5th. I have 4 sisters and I want to make sure we’re all on the same page. 😳🙄. TIA!!
