My birthday was yesterday so here's the plants I got! A callista repens, peperomia hope, and green unicorn alocasia for my balcony and strawberry begonia and african violet for my window š. Really excited specifically about thr peperomia and the begonia because they've been on my wishlist
Iām still a plant newbie although I fully got into doing houseplants for past 2 years. I went and purchased a peacock catahlea last year (the first photo) and it thrived very much until this winter, it took a turn and basically dies off. Not wanting to let it go just yet so I watered it once more and forgot about it. I was throwing away dead plants and was about to throw this away until I saw a little green spout?! Guys, is this a baby catahlea?? Is it coming back? šµāš«
Can anyone tell me what this plant is. It think it in the Tradescantia family but I'm not sure in the summer the top of the leaf is green and the bottom purple and it's very has very tiny leaves. Thanks
This plant was doing great but wasn't in a pot with drainage so I repotted it in a better pot with drainage about 2 weeks ago and now it looks like this. Is it stressed or is something else going on? It's about a foot from a window and a grow light for 12 a day and a humidifier so I'm not sure what's going on. Thanks for any help
One of my plants are growing inside another
I have a fiddle leaf fig that recently dropped all of it leaves and was just a stem. Now it has leaves growing from just the top. What can I do to get leaves to grow on the entire stem and not just the top?
Recently picked up this African Violet for my dadās desk at work. His dad used to always have African Violets in their home when he was a kid, and we always think of him around Valentineās Day, so I thought itād be a nice way of keeping his memory around for my dad. Iām new to African Violets and would love any tips anyone with experience with these can share, especially in terms of if I need to get a soil mix specifically for African Violets to repot it with, or if I can manage with a cactus or all-purpose mix. Hi everyone, This is one of my newest plants, Whitney! As you can see in the photo, sheās got some dry spots, and in regards to dissecting with the problem is, it was known for partially needs more lighting (so i moved her to the brightest spot in the office, as well as as it mentioned drainageā My question to you all is do I have to have a pot that actually has a drain hole on the bottom or can I put a layer of rocks on the bottom to create a drain before potting Whitney? Is that even a thing!? Thanks in advance! Sheās too pretty to die!!!! I must act fast lol

Help! Iām not sure whatās happening to my Dracaena. This issue started recently and has been affecting more leaves over time. Iām careful with watering, so I donāt think itās overwatered. However, when I bought it about a month ago, it had been neglected. The leaves are twisting, which could be related to lighting (I use a light meter to ensure itās getting adequate light). Iām not sure what Iām doing wrongāany advice would be greatly appreciated!
