My boyfriend bought me this poinsettia from a good seller back at the start of December, but it has struggled ever since I got it. Iâve got lots of plants which are thriving and I donât know what I need to do with this one as Iâve never had a poinsettia before, donât want to give up on it but not sure if I should. Itâs been in the window getting as many hours of indirect light as possible (thereâs no good space for a grow light for it). My flat is very cold but I have kept it in a room which stays between 15-18° which I thought would be okay. Any advice is welcome! Was thinking when itâs a bit warmer I could repot it to a smaller pot and ensure all the roots are healthy but want to avoid while itâs still so cold. Before and after pics đą

I live in Alaska where the humidity gets down to 25-30% in the winter. My calatheas and alocasias almost didnât make it. We also live in a fixer upper house that doesnât perform like a well built house lol I have many spots where plants are congregated based on their light and humidity need. Several spots are my high humidity loving plants and in order for them to survive and hopefully thrive in winter I first did trays with rocks under each tropical plant and misting per Plantas schedule. That didnât do anything for overall humidity in the immediate area. I have hygrometers in each spot and the percent didnât change. I then went all out and added grow lights and humidifiers which added like 20% humidity in my tropical plant room being as how itâs a small room. But then we started finding mass amounts of mold all over the place :( and husband says I canât have the humidifiers going anymore. Weâve done some research and came up with using 55 gallon fish tanks and having acrylic tops custom made to create a terrarium for them. All my plants are of course already potted and I want to keep them that way. I found one site online that said itâs just fine to put potted plants in an enclosed terrarium and not have to do anything other than monitor the humidity but I feel like it might be more complicated than that⊠Iâm looking for any help, insight, advice, experienced knowledge that anyone might have on keeping potted plants in glass aquariums. I really want to keep my tropical plants alive in Alaska lol I do realize that it just might not be feasible as long as we continue living in this house but I want to try everything I can first. Ssssooo please help me :p
So I was blessed today with monstera clippings and Iâm not sure about the big leaf. Not sure if thereâs enough water cause I didnât want to go to high. The small one is perfect and should root hopefully đ€đŒbut any info is much appreciated
HELP!!!! I rescued this plant from my dadâs house. It looked terrible and was dropping leaves. I donât exactly know how to care for this plant to well. I think itâs doing well since it grew new leaves⊠except for the fact that the leaves were green and not red. Is that normal??? Iâve never really had a poinsettia before

Hi, this is my dieffenbachia, I am new to plants and Iâm wondering if I need to get a fungicide for this plant. I recently moved it out of my bedroom and into a room with more light, can anyone help with advice and tips for this plant?
This was labeled as a white knight, but itâs only variegation is pink and it has some all black leaves. I see that the stems do look like a white knight but I havenât seen any others with leaves like this. Is this normal? Thoughts?
Hi! Iâve been growing loquat fruit trees indoor for almost 8 years now. This is one of the most successful trees yet, there are four. Specifically, this one seems to be just over 5 feet. I live in a 6-7 zone, and have been keeping them indoors for their entire life span. They were planted just from seed, and have not been grafted. In my opinion theyâre doing great. Recently these shoots have popped up and I donât know what to do about them. Also, I would like to know more general information about the plants if anyone can provide! (Specifically when to put them outside during summer, how to prune, and if theyâre able to flower soon) Thank you so much!!
A co worker of mine has a plant that is in need of some TLC. She asked me to take him. I said yes before seeing the sad guy. Is he worth saving? App says spineless Yucca. But what do we think plant enthusiasts? Can we save him?
Recently bought a Spider plant (Bonnie), polka dot plant, string of turtles, and Peperomia. Iâve seen conflicting advice about what level of moisture for each. Iâm going to use a moisture meter for them, does anybody use one and have advice on what number to water each one at? What Iâve found has been Peperomia- 1 or 3, Spider-3, Polka dot- 4-5, turtle-4. Some of those seem off to me based on the watering recommendations thatâs recommended on this app. Any advice? Thank you!!
Help!! My peace Lily is withering and the spadix are going black.. I water it 1-2x a week and itâs in a lit area!!

Hello! I have a question. So is it normal for a plant like a sweetheart hoya and a pathos to change their coloration? Because my pathos was just green and same goes for my Hoya but they are turning marble. But it doesnât look like itâs sick but, I am concerned for them.
