Here is a picture of my Syngonium Pink Allusion. A bit out of control- she’s in need of repotting with a better pole, and just discovered you can prune them- but quite healthy otherwise. However, you can see there is zero pink on any of these leaves. I’m thinking it’s because not enough light…? This room gets bright, indirect morning sun. Love to hear ideas on how I could get more pink!

Heyyyyy it’s me again!!!😂😛. Ok so I have been growing this pothos in water for about 2 months and she do be thriving. But it’s starting to droop down. The leaves that are dropping down are also big asf. Would yall continue to let the big part grow or chop and prop?
Also do these roots look healthy?
And wtf is this? I tried to wipe it off but it wouldn’t come off . Is it apart of the plant?

Hi so i cut off part of my aloe vera plant a month ago to use it. This brown thing has formed on it. I also cut off the one below with the brown flap on it. Just wondering what it is and how long it will take for it to grow back.
Also does anyone know how long do baby aloe’s take to grow?

I reaallllyyy wanna support our pollinators in my garden, but I keep having fairly rotten luck. I asked ChatGPT to help me out a bit and it made some recommendations based on my skill level (low), balcony set-up (partly sunny with a few grow lights), and cat safe. I ended up with marigolds and two kinds of catmint and alas they are starting to look a little sad. They are in a pot together with drainage under a grow light. What am I doing wrong. This is for the bees (et al.)!! 🐝
The first photo is what it looked like right after planting. The second is a few days ago and I’m afraid that it’s a little worse today than it looks in the picture.

Question: I have an alocasia that grew magnificently, bloomed, then died, but it grew a new plantlet. Should I say the plant died and enter the plantlet as a brand new plant? I think my schedule is still based on a full plant. I’ve attached what it looks like today. Thanks in advance!

Curious if anyone knows why my string of hearts has started growing horizontally and if this is normal? This only started after I moved it from sitting on a low shelf to hanging from the ceiling.

Can’t tell if this is normal or if something is wrong with my lavender. I live in a condo so I don’t have an outdoors and my grandma gave me this lavender. I know it’s an outdoor plant. It’s in the room with the biggest window and sits getting light all day. I’m not sure if the flowers are supposed to die off or if they’re getting too much sun. Some of the flowers feel crispy some of them don’t. The leaves are still green though I’ve noticed some leaves are pale or grey. Any ideas. It has drainage holes

I repotted my basil as suggested and now she’s sad, any suggestions?

I am usually down on myself...but wanted to share a success. I bought her about 14 months ago and she had one little shoot.

Both of my Alocasia’s were were struggling due to thrips and spider mites, so I cut them down to zero leaves & started over. I was sadly thinking I was going to have to toss them both 🥹 but they came back better than ever🥲 a lil TLC ended up being well worth it🙌🏻

- It would be great if I don’t have them already I have, a Chinese money plant, rubber plant, bird of paradise, zz plant, baby rubber plant, spider plant, and snake plant. I also have a lot of philodendron and pothos but it’s open to getting more.
- I’m fine with easy and medium care difficulties Ana’s long as I don’t have to water them more than once a week.
- I love leafy plants but I’m open to getting different varieties (like my ponytail psalm in the photo)
- I have trouble taking care of plants that can easily loose leaves
- The weather is sunny it gets light direct light for about 6 hours and indirect light for 6. It is a little windy but not too bad.
- Lastly I’m looking for plants around the size range of 4-10 inch pots but I’m also looking for 1-2 larger plants for my large pot stands.
If you reply thank you for the help!!!

Hi everyone! I hope the summer is treating you and your plant families well! We have a peace Lilly that has been struggling for the past several months. Upon watering it this past weekend, today I discovered what appears to be fuzzy mold. Has anyone seen or aware of what this might be and what steps I should take to save my plant?

My begonia is flowering for the first time, but I’ve noticed that several leaves have lost their “spots”. Does anyone know what causes this?

I was watering my snake plant and noticed this piece loose and it came right out of the dirt. It has no roots. It looks healthy…but I am not quite sure what to do. I obviously know little about this plant. Not sure if I should stick it back in the dirt, prop it or throw it out. Help!!!

I need help:((((
I bought an elephant ear alocasia today from a box store….. was BADLY root bound, I got all the roots free and repotted in a bigger pot with better soil and agitation for the roots…. However one of the leaves is pretty yellow and quite droopy with some dried out spots on the leaf, and the biggest leaf has a hole in the middle of it. That has also dried out a bit in spots, do I need to cut the leaves off the plant or cut the damaged part of the leaf off?? is there anything else I can do?

Heyy! I just got this panda plant and I put it in a panda pot! I dunked it in fertilizer water because I heard that reduces the trauma of switching pots but one leaf fell off so I put it in the soil in the pot to grow a new sprout. I was just wondering if there’s a specific way to water it or anything I should be doing to keep my new baby healthy? (I painted the pot myself!)

This is my air plant Sully. It is tho only one I have managed to keep alive because my first one dried up and the second one blew away outside. I have actually witnessed my air plant growing. He lives in my room so he doesn’t blow away like the last one.
