I have a jade plant and I was told it gets very big, will I be able to split it and have to repot part of it when it gets very big?

My mom split her ZZ plant and gave me a portion. I’m excited to watch this [big] baby grow.

Sorry that I’m posting again today but I need to clean one of my plants. I’m not sure how… I tried clicking on the learn about cleaning thing when I’m in the plant but I need planta premium for that button can someone please help? More than one person would be amazing. I’m new to being a plant parent and i would like help from the more experienced plant parents. If someone can help me out please do. I know some things but I always wanna learn more. Can y’all just comment below and give me tips? I love plants and I’ve had other apps before, I’m hoping this one is perfect. I help my mom with one of her plants and I help her take care of it and I need help with that one even though he is very new lol. I’ll post him below, don’t mind the name (moms plant)

Happy Saturday plant heads!

Hi😃 Our cheese plant always looks a bit unhappy, although we’ve had him for many years now. He’s in a room with part sun, part shade, about a metre and a half from the window, maybe a bit closer. Some leaves look a bit thin and some are a bit brown or crispy at the ends. Any advice?

Does anyone have any suggestions to improve growth/flowering of those myrtle? It is in a south facing window. It's dropping leaves (dry crumbling) from the tips of the branches. I follow Planta's watering, fertilizing, and light schedule Thoughts?

Does anyone have plant recommendations for a south facing window? The window is partially covered by my roof, but it is still very bright. I already have some succulents and a monstera by the window, but my plant stand still has an empty shelf… 😁 Thanks so much!

I’ve had this Draecana since it was a baby (2007). It started looking horrible last year so Planta expert helped and it came back looking better but a new shoot happened. It came off the original plant so it can’t be separated and the original plant is clearly dying. Help!!

Question regarding plants that have a high humidity need.. if they’re in water or LECA etc does one still need to add additional humidity as in a humidifier??

So I just turned on my heater. Will my plants be ok with the heat ? As you can tell my heat is coming from the upper right wall .

does anyone know if it’s okay to trim this pickle plant? I’m aware that it’s reaching for light (i’ve been away at college and my sister hasn’t been keeping it in the windowsill, so i’m taking it with me this time), and i’ve recently repotted it. If it can be trimmed, will i be able to use the clipping to start another new plant?

Does anyone know what this leaf growing out of my string of tears is? I got this as a gift and it’s my first string succulent so i’m not sure if this is tegular growth or if it’s something else. Thanks!

So fun story, when I first got my alocasia Watsoniana, and was new to planta I was scavenging the app and the internet to find if it was a Watsoniana or not, and after much looking couldn’t find it on the app, so I decided to fill in a request to be added and guess what!! It’s been added, so now if you search for it you’ll find it!! Woooo

can anyone help me here and give me advice? :,) this is my brother’s bamboo plant that i’ve been taking care of. i’ve repotted the plant about a year ago with rocks i’ve picked up while hiking (and didn’t clean them so i’m assuming that could be the problem?) and since then the leaves been yellow. i try frequently watering it once the water runs low, still been yellow. now i’m thinking about repotting since it looks like the roots are growing. any advice and helpful tips?

I accidentally waterlogged my Jasmine and now the soil is very very smelly my whole room smells like it what can I do to get rid of the odor? the roots were growing out too so I’m going to repot it once the soil is dry enough I would love some advice!
