Hi everyone! My Aglaonema will not dry out for the life of me! I keep pushing back watering because the soil has been very damp for weeks now. The pot has drainage I even left it outside for a week in the heat to try and dry it out a bit. Thoughts?

Hello everyone! I have a new-to-me plant I purchased from someone on marketplace⊠and I have a few questions. Itâs two main leaves look happy, it has three smaller leaves that have yellowed and are shriveling. But it also has new growthâŠ. Help? I know my spider plant is doing fine, but Iâm slightly concerned about the little brown ends on said plant. Should I pay attention, or is it fine? FYI, itâs occasionally doesnât get sunlight for a day or two, when I forget to open blinds.

I have two friends who had P nelii, and they (the plants lol) all suddenly died. Have you seen a plant go from five stars to mush in a week? Leave one of these in the dark and it will happen. The one friend was convinced it was nematodes after killing two. No, thatâs because you shut the blind in front of the stool I set up near your bright window before you went out of town. A sister stopped in a drew the blind while she was out ps. Family! Back to me, this goober has kept me wondering for a couple seasons if it would come back. Being a human, I did a thing I regret, which was (I donât even want to admit it) to pluck the last part of the dead stem. It was just kind of wiggling back and forth and didnât seem attached. I got eight months of cold shoulder from Battle Royale after that. I thought oh god, does it take five years to grow a new one, and I just destroyed progress? Seeing this split gave me some relief.

Any advice on what to do about these brown edges? I thought it was because of over watering and too much sun so I water her until absolutely dry every couple weeks or so, and changed her to another location where light is less harsh. I occasionally set the humidifier near it to add some humidity. All these things has stopped it/slowed the growth of the brown. Anything else I should do? TIA đ

Hi!! Just wanted to say Iâm very new to plants so I donât know much about them. I got this rubber plant just today and thereâs these tiny greenish/white dots on every leaf, mostly around the border. Is this something I should be worried about? Also, Iâm corrently spraying the leaves down with some soap diluted in water, then wiping them clean. Is that good enough to clean them well? I donât want any pests or something like that!

Is it possible that a plant comes in too big of a pot for its size roots?? I bought an Ivy a few months ago in a 4 in pot but her soil took forever to dry and it developed brown edges. I took it out and the plant barely has roots? Like theyâre so tiny! I put it in a 2 in pot, so I hope thatâs the right move
