I was wondering is the pinkish red lining of the leaves was a typical sign of a healthy plant, as it’s growing steady and seems happy. Anyone else have this on their peperomia?

We have these weird brown dots on our bird of paradise, and I don’t know what they are. I don’t believe they’re any kind of bug because we haven’t seen any in our house, and I am quite perplexed. Any thoughts or advice are greatly appreciated 🙏

It’s my first time owning a peace lily and I just wondered if this is normal or if I’m doing anything wrong

I bought this large Banyan Audrey Ficas with four stems from a friend and am looking for some advice on if the Planta care schedule for it is correct and if I should repot it. The planta care schedule has it being watered or fertilized every 7/8 days. This is on trend with the former owners care schedule, who would water it once a week. As you can also see, this guy is rooting from its lower stems and it’s also grown outside of its plastic pot. If I repot I’m worried about damaging it, and it’s so healthy with its current living situation. Lastly, it has four stems and I wonder whether I should separate the plants and let them grow solo? It’s nice having all four together but is it crowded? Would love some tips if anyone has any! Thank you thank you 🙏

One of today’s plant projects will be to divide up this planter that I bought from the rose shop while at a funeral service for my grandma this week. I figured it was a wonderful way to remember her ☺️ some of these have different watering needs, so they can’t all stay in the same soil. The question is… pot up in nursery pots and arrange back in this larger pot so they appear to still be planted together, or put them in nicer pits and let them shine on their own? 🤔 I think once I get them disassembled, their roots will dictate my decision!

So…. There are gnats in my plants that came from somewhere else. I did the cinnamon thing to deter them to go back to where they came from…. Didnt work…I did peroxide and water…They are now back. I want them to DIE a quick death. Any suggestions?

hey guys could anyone tell me what these two plants might be? planta either can’t find them or gives an answer that doesn’t look remotely close. the one in the brown pot i got from walmart. it’s always been small. it got leggy so i cut it and now it has a baby. i have another plant that’s identical too it i got because i thought this one was going to die. the painted purple pot, i was at a plant shop and saw a single leaf on the ground outside with roots already growing and took it😭. i grew this little babe from that leaf. so i have no clue what it is but the plants it was around they were bigger and a more red/brown color.

When quarantining new plants, how far away should they be from any other plants? And should I always spray the new plants down with neem oil as well? Just got my first Alocasia and I’m trying to do things right!!

Hi guys!! This is my first summer I’ve decided to get into plants. I had these in a glass jar propagating and just potted them yesterday. They are currently living in my patio. I didn’t notice this yesterday but I’m guessing this is some kind of insect eggs? Can anyone tell me what this is and how should I get rid of it? I saw some little tiny spider webs from my roof to some of my plants today but I dunno. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Its in the backside of my golden Pothos, just one leaf.

Some pics from my second favorite local greenhouse store. This one is a lot less showy than the one I posted earlier in the week, but they’ve still got the goods! They have really good prices for common and semi-rare plants. The only downside is that it’s very non-accessible for our handicapped friends and even our clumsy friends 😳 The plants know I’ve tripped many times there and hit my head on a pipe at least once lol ouch 😅 This time I made it through without incident and got a very modest $3 air plant ☺️

PLUMERIA cuttings I’m trying to plant branches I cut from my families back yard (they sold the house) :( I cut the plumeria branch with CLEAN clippers and let it dry out. Unfortunately there are these green spots on the cutting that are worrying me it might be a fungus or rot? Is there any way to save these guys before I plant them? Please help!
