I have been having issues with my African Violet. There is this white substance on it. My daughter thought it might be mites. I was wondering a fungus. I have sprayed it with an organic plant protection called Mighty Mint with essential oils. After spraying the leaves and base I use a soft toothbrush to massage in oil. Just when I think it is better it starts to pop back!! Any suggestions?

is there an easy way to put this on a moss pole, or is it still too small? it’s aerial roots are popping and it’s starting to tip over a bit. do i just use a stake to hold it up until it matures a little more?

A while ago I posted about Carrot (my Eucalyptus) and how his leaves were all shrivelling, I decided it was likely to do with lack of sun and managed to find a perfect spot in between two south facing windows so he is always in the sun but never the same part all day. Very happy to report there are now baby leaves and I do believe he has pulled back from the edge!

hi! i thought it would be fun to know how we all got into plants ! for me : i’d occasionally garden with my mom when i was younger. but this summer we really got into perennials and annuals🌺🌷 i eventually somehow got into house plants! , pretty much how my succulent addiction started ahah. throughout this time i’ve loved learning about plants and how to properly care for them, also love being able to share my interest with this community!💚

my jasmine plant has these two bulbs at the end of its stem for months now and they haven’t changed. My Jasmine is still growing new stems everywhere around but here it remains the same. Can I cut it off? Does anyone know what it is even?

Hi there, I planted this honeysuckle about 6 weeks ago and it’s really struggling to stay healthy. I’ve fought off a bout of powdery mildew from which it has recovered. However, some of the leaves are now starting to roll and curl? Please can someone assist? Thanks!!

My Alocasia has one leaf left and it’s dead. I’ve examined the roots and they’re healthy. Is it okay to chop off the last leaf? Will the plant grow again? Or is it done for? Just put it in perlite with nutrients a few days ago.

the quadruplets are getting split up tomorrow. giving three to my friend for her yard, as well as my autumn flame's little baby 🥲 never thought i would feel this attached! i started these from leaf props i took from a rooftop bar almost a year ago, not expecting four of them to survive - but i noticed them in the abandoned pot in january and here we are now 😂
