Can you help with my lavender plant? I recently planted it a week ago and have watered it only a few times because I read they can easily get root rot. Can I do anything to revive it?

    Root rot is more of a concern for indoor potted plants. You’ll want to water outdoor plants daily when you first plant them and ideally plant spring or fall. Kick up the watering and see if you can’t revive him.

    Also, lavender is one of those plants that needs really good drainage and it’s technically a weed so overwatering can cause a host of issues. Does it get at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight (the more the better) cause that is what lavender plants need to thrive. You could also trim what is dead to help the plant put energy back into new growth. Hopefully your plant perks up.
