Hello, I’m wondering why my spider plant will not grow more offshoots/babies? It has two but they’ve been there for months and nothing else except new leaves. It’s a decent size spider plant too.

Hello, all. I am repotting my plants into better draining soil. I just repotted end of March but learned the hard way the soil wasn’t right. My question is: do I water the plants once repotted or wait until scheduled watering. Thank you.

Hi all. I’ve had my mother Alo for about 5 years, and her base is very slender. It’s “spring” in Ontario but it’s been incredibly gray outside so I know she isn’t getting the sunshine she needs. She also has one biological baby with her and one adopted. Any tips to help her grow strong at her base or support her is appreciated !!

I need help with my amaryllis plant. I received my first one this plant as a gift in December 2022. In January 2023 it bloomed 4 different stalks at the same time. It was breathtaking. Then as the year went on it grew leaves a few times but last fall it stopped doing anything but I kept watering & fertilizing it on schedule and nothing happened. I was about to give up on it but in late February leaves began appearing. I was soooo excited. Now those leaves are basically dead. Here’s my dilemma, do I cut them off now? Or wait till they fall off? Then when the leaves are gone how do I get it to bloom again. Here are a couple of pictures. One from Jan 2023 in bloom and one from right now. Please don’t just like my post help me out too!!!! Thanks so much a wondering Amaryllis parent. 😁☺️

Just wanted to share these successes. The cyclamen almost drowned, losing all but 5 of its leaves in the process. I started letting it dry out between watering, and now it’s putting out 5 or more new leaves in bright indirect light. The money plant was given to me overwatered. It is still in a pot without drainage, so I’m being very careful to not over water.😀😬

Hello plant friends 👋🏼🪴 I was given this plant that someone told me is a Moses-in-the-cradle plant. I have had it for about 6 months and it still looks the same as when they gave it to me. They had no idea how to look after it and thus no direction was given as how to what to do. It looks like there are some new leaves trying to unfurl. Is there anyway to propagate this plant to make the pot more full? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!

When I got this awhile back at Lowe’s it was labeled as “homalomena” but does anyone else think this is an elephant ear? I’ve looked all over the web trying to find a match for what homalomena this is and nothing looks exactly like it. But then I looked up “black stem alocasia” and elephant ear came up and it looks almost identical to me.
