hi, I have a pink Caladium from last summer. Itâs completely dead. I was thinking about watering it soon because itâs about to be season for it. Should I just water it? Thereâs a lot of roots just no stems. Will anything, grow if I just water it like that.

Beginner tipâŠI have been using my Amazon Alexa + to track, remind tasks, and ask just about anything about what should be done with each of my plants! She remembers their names and everything! Happy planting everyone!
Does anyone else just feel "icky" after they do pest treatment? I just did alcohol and neem oil on a few plants and despite washing my hands, I swear stuff is crawling on me.
Just had to share this awesome plant! Absolutely love the leaves of this Algaonema Pictum Tricolor! So cool!
I am so disappointed in how my white knight looks now. Originally this was a beautiful plant. It got a little leggy so I chopped and propped about 9 months ago. But the leaves are so variable in how they look. Older ones are green with variegation. One was half pure white. The white part eventually died. Another fell off last night because it was green with white and burgundy. Sounds good but did not look good. Iâm almost to the point of giving it away. Very shortly itâs going to need a trellis and not sure if I want to bother. My wife likes the colors, so guess Iâm just searching for some opinions right now.
I want to get some more plants and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions! Thank you so much in advance!!!đȘŽ
When I say I have THE BEST nursery 1 mile away from my house, Iâm not joking. This is part two of the haul. Part 3 anyone? đđ
With the warmer weather this week, I've finally been able to get out in the garden. And I discovered an unexpected but welcome perk to having my now-toddler following me everywhere "helping" me garden: I can talk to my plants without sounding nearly as crazy. đ
My local nursery had all the beauties today!!!! Who wants to see part two? đ
Hello everyone, as you can see in the photos, Iâve gotten a wonderful peperomia thatâs flowering like crazy. Today, though, one of the flowers dropped, and Iâm worrying slightly. Iâm pretty sure thatâs normal, but it is seven years old and I just repositioned it a few meters away from its original spot but still in the same room. Any tips or suggestions greatly appreciated! Iâm worrying because the flower that dropped still had lots of pollen left. 3rd picture: where it used to be (just in case)
I will just let everyone on here know that you SHOULD check out Palmstreet to find beautiful plants and CHEAP. All of these (Excluding the monstera white monster) were only 40$ with shipping!? & the shipping was within a week and very very well done for the plants journey.
I would like some advice/suggestions. I love my snake plant. I've had it for over 3 years. However, within the last year 3-4 of its stalks have grown so tall, well over 2 feet, but are very, thin. I need to prop to a stake or they'll flop over. The ones at the base are thicker, which is ultimately the look I want but with the height. đ how do I balance it out? They're so slow at propagating, that chopping hurts my heart.
Hi! Need some advice! I bought these two marble queens to hopefully frame this doorway as they grow. I canât decide if I should hang them and wrap them downwards or keep them on the ground and let them climb the metal. My dilemma is that I want the leaves to stay small and I am concerned that letting it climb would ruin that. Also, Iâm just unsure which would look better. Any opinions are welcome! (Also I know it looks so messy, I swear cleaning up the weeds is next on my todo list)
