Hey! I’m just wondering how people typically help with humidity for their plants? I live in Colorado so it’s very dry and humidity trays don’t work very well because most of my plants are hanging. I’d also prefer not to use a humidifier. Is misting ok? I’ve heard conflicting opinions about whether or not they’ll develop a fungus from it.

Hey guys! I’m looking for evergreen plants I can put on my mailbox. Does anyone have suggestions? I need something that will stay green year round, survive the intense heat, and will thrive in El Paso, Tx crazy weather.

I’m going to try growing herbs inside. I got some packs of seeds like Basil, Rosemary and Thyme, and a few others. I’m having trouble finding a good soil to grow them in. I’ve been looking on Amazon and all the organic ones I’ve found people are saying in the reviews that the soil comes with fungus gnats or it starts molding. Does anyone know of any good ones for herbs?

Any recommendations or tips on starting a new garden? What I should start with or where to buy fruit trees from? Wal-Mart, Lowe's? I'm a beginner in the gardening world and would like to start taking advantage of the space in my backyard. I'd like to have fruit trees and more bushes + flowers. Thanks for any help! :)

I am hoping someone could help me troubleshoot the issue. I have been watering weekly. The plant is located close to a window, so should have sufficient light. The house stays between 68-72 degrees. Getting a lot of brown leaves. Thank you.

My roommate bought this at Costco last year and it suddenly decided to bloom. I think it’s a bromeliad so that means it’s on its way out? Not a bromeliad person so let me know if I’m wrong!

Hello! I am new to succulents and this is so exciting!! I an also new to Planta and hoping someone can help me!😃 Question- I carefully repotted my succulents today. I followed your instructions very carefully ! 1. I used what you recommended- Bonsi Jack gritty mix. They will grow in that rocky stuff? 2. When should I water after the repot? 3. When should I fertilize? I never have. I got the succulents Miracle grow. Do I just mix that with the water? I haven’t fertilized at all yet. 4. I am terrified of them going into repot shock! What should look out for and what do I do if they go into shock? Thank you so much!! Audrey😃

Got these plants from someone early for Valentine’s Day since they didn’t want to accidentally kill them šŸ˜‚ā¤ļø The dracaena and croton are doing great, but the palm isn’t doing so well 😬 I think he’s a parlor palm but I’m not 100% sure. Looks a bit droopy, brown tips, some of the tips of the leaves are curling, and some white stuff on the leaves. Any help? What soil do they like best?

My peace lily is due for fertilizer and I’ve been nervous to fertilize it. I use this fertilizer a few months ago on some plants and two of them died shortly after that I thought maybe I did it wrong, but it says to put one pump on the top of the plant and then water and any advice.?šŸ¤šŸŖ“
