I just got this plant and noticed the leaf was struggling and against my better judgement tried to assist it and broke it 😭. What do I do now to help make sure it continues to grow since that was a new leaf and I’m not sure the node was developed?

Hi! I’m taking care of a plant that wasn’t cared for very well by the previous owner and I was wondering if someone could help? It’s recovering amazingly (it was almost fully brown when I got it) but I was wondering if there is anything else I should do? I’ve been watering it and opening my window and putting it on the windowsill but that’s about it. Anything else I should do?

Can I give coffee ground waste to acid-loving plants? I have an espresso machine at home and produce a lot of coffee ground waste every week. I’m thinking re-purpose them. Been told they contain acidity and can be used on plants I have hydrangeas and a few other plants marked as acid-soil loving by planta. Can I scatter dryer up coffee ground waste directly to soil of these plants, or better off just water with coffee ground soaked water? Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks:)

How would you shape up this money tree? (Or would you?) It’s about 3 1/2 ft tall, and it has so much growth that I’m worried it’s overcrowded and growing unevenly but I don’t know how or where to cut. Someone also told me it’s bad luck to cut a money tree. 😩

Hey everyone! My bird of paradise’s leaves are getting too busy and bunched up. Should I cut any of them to let them grow or just let them figure out the path?

🚨 Spider babies update! 🚨 So I was recommended to add some perlite to the water to help these little babies grow and they’ve really shot out some roots over the last week. I think I’m ready to pot them but unsure if I should pot one plant per pot or double them up? What’s the suggestion?? My plan is to gift these at Xmas to family and friends! 🪴🕷️

Need advice on what to do with my Ficus Ginseng next. Recently grown a notably long branch with leaves bigger than normal and with many leaves growing on this branch. Do I let this continue growing or do I consider pruning? I’m not sure why the leaves are way bigger than the others. I’m not sure if it’s okay to let this grow out during the growing season, or if this branch will overpower the rest of the plant? The branch is definitely thick and established towards the base but much thinner towards the top. Also, any advice on styling or shaping would be appreciated or if it looks fine as is for now. Thanks for reading!!

I am fighting spider mites and spraying neem oil once a week on my outdoor flower garden. I’m not due to spray again until Sunday but when I woke up this morning there was another web and more damage. I sprayed with water but can I treat them with neem again or do I have to wait until Sunday?

My Calathea plant is looking sad or is this normal.. I’m a new plant parent and any advice would be hugely appreciated 😁

Hey, ya'll! I had planted a grocery store onion that was growing in the fridge a while ago, and I beleive there was another seed in the soil because some other plant started growing! Does anyone know what this is? It looks very cute and it feels fuzzy- it's just gotten me a tad bit confused.
