Hello I was given the velvet leaf philodendron as a gift and now⊠well letâs just say I couldnât help my self and got three more plants a money tree, lucky bamboo and a coffee plant. Now with that being said I kinda just went to my local store found pretty/cute plants and purchased not taking into account how the care for some if not all is not beginner friendly but hey you love and you learn. So I was wondering if anyone has had these plants and have any tips or tricks or products that helped them out cause I really donât want to kill these babies!! Thank you in advance
I noticed this app is saying that I should fertilize my plants with in the coming days but online it says I should not fertilize unless itâs spring or summer who should I listen to. Please if someone could help thank you!
Wanted to share a little bit of my Sunday today đ For anyone thatâs never been to Ottâs Exotic Plants (in Schwenksville, PA), I highly recommend checking it out sometime this week if you live in the area or will be vacationing nearby. Itâs a lovely small business with lots of character in and out, and this is the end of their annual Mum Mountain Season, so I hope some folks can check it out before the blooms are gone. Iâll attach some photos of the inside of their beautiful nursery as well in the comments đ±
Decided to grab four plants to start off. Very green in the gills with window greens and wanted to see if anyone had good advice for me. I grabbed a Snake plant, a ZZ, an Orchid, and an Amaryllis. Any tips and tricks would be great. Thanks!
I just wanted to share this picture of my pretty snowflake aloe⊠Isnât she a beaut! I had no idea these aloes could put out any type of flower, let alone these cute ones! Actually, in reality, sheâs much prettier than this picture, but I hope you can enjoy her, anyway. I sure do!
Does anyone have any tips for creating a natural-looking scape for a succulent dish? Any specific types of rocks or brands of top dressing? Iâm thinking about using some cool Haworthias, so something that mimics their natural habitat. Thank you!
Looking for some help/info. A friend gave me this plant. She said she was killing it and told me to âsaveâ it. I know the big one is a Shrimp plant and the others are Hens & Chicks but I donât know the real name for the Hens&Chicks. I also need advice on how to care for the shrimp plant. Also, is the pot to big?

Hello! So I got this plant about a week ago, and I need someoneâs help identifying it. The only thing it said when I bought it was that it was an âassorted succulentâ. I think it is some sort of jade plant but I canât find photos that really match. If anyone knows please help! I want to take the proper care of it. P.S I wiped the dust off after taking this photo.

I got this red Philodendrom at a plant swap in February and it hasn't changed much. The new leaves take forever to work their way free (if they do at all). I have to help it most the time and when I get them out they don't like to open. I mist it and it's near a humidifier but I'm not sure what is going on with it. It has stared a new small plant at the base and it has done well. So I'm not sure if I should split it cause maybe it's putting to much energy on the new part? I'm just not sure. Any help would be great
Love the leaves on this guy!! It has grown so much this year
I donât what happenedđȘ How can I save my plant? I think its called French Bloom. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!
Can anyone tell me what this is and how to care for it??? Thank you allđ
Just received this pretty alocasia from an Etsy seller only to realize it looks like 3 plants potted together! It needs to be reported anyway, should I separate them? Or repot them together? Does it make a difference?
